Warning they have an issue with raising returns on the site and are not able to provide another way of returning items. I have contacted multiple times and I'm getting very generic and unhelpful responses. Be really wary of purchasing off this site seems like a scam.

No customer assistance what so ever.
Completely useless, no answer, or if there is such it will be within a day and the answer will be not helpfull at all. Just waste of time!!

Terrible customer service and super slow shipping times. I do not recommend ordering from here at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS I was a huge AYBL fan for years. I own most of their t shirts and also lots of the beautiful leggings. However recently ordered a T shirt in the same style as normal. However it was a lot bigger than all of my others even though it was tagged as the same size. So I had to do my first return with Aybl. I followed the steps and opted for the EVRI home collection. The next day my parcel was collected and scanned by the courier. Since then there’s been no update on the tracking. I have emailed Aybl. No response. I messaged them on social media. Again no response. I even pleaded for help via a post on social media. Again no reply. I managed to find an option to send a message via a chatbot on the website and managed to reach someone. However Aybl have refused to refund me for the missing refund. I have since had no choice but to file a complaint with Paypal and rather than AYBL be honest and issue the refund they have sent accords proof of delivery… the delivery TO my house of the original parcel not the return. I had no issue with the origional delivery. The issue is the return. The return I have proof of sending, proof from evri. I am so upset I am now going to be out of pocket

They have lost a regular customer from this. I’m now going to have no choice but to take further action on this as I must receive my refund.

I received an order from Abyl and found the items to be of poor quality. When trying to return them, the free returns label was not working. Instead they asked me to spend £30 to return the items even though it is stated on the return policy that it is free returns from the UK. I have contacted the company representatives four times, at first they seem helpful, until I have been left on read each time.
The customer service is truly appalling.

I returned an order with items that were too big, never received my refund of €80 (which is a lot of money to me, it was a birthday present to myself). Trying to contact these people for months now and every time they say ‘there was an error, but we fixed it and your money will come back this week!’. Which is obviously not true. No phone number to contact or anything. So sad because the product I do have from them are really good

Extremely poor quality. Leggings loose their tightness after one wash. Not worth the hype, or the money. Found better quality ones on Amazon from a random brand! Never buying again from AYBL

Jeg har været i kontakt med kundeservice af to omgange, begge omgange har de ikke været til nogen hjælp.
Hver gang jeg er i kontakt med kundeservice når jeg kun at skrive mine informationer og skrive at der ikke er sket en opdatering på min pakke i 5 hverdage. Derefter får jeg det samme copy paste svar fra dem alle sammen, hvori der står pgr af told kan det tage længere tid.

Problemet er at min pakke er igennem tolden, og har været det i 5 dage!!!

Hvis man prøver at stille dem yderligere spørgsmål svarer de bare ikke. Totalt uprofessionelt og ingen hjælp.

Postnord siger jeg skal kontakte dem, da de ikke kan gøre det. Det er ret svært når de ikke er villige til at hjælpe en fløjtende fis!

Ik heb in totaal 12 artikelen retour gestuurd waarvan ze er maar 8 retour hebben aangegeven. Ze willen me niet verder helpen en ik moet nu wel gewoon de Klarna factuur betalen. Echt een onwijs oplichters bedrijf!

Er staat een levertijd van 4-5 dagen beschreven en nu vervolgens een week veder en nog niks vernomen van mijn pakketjes. Contact geprobeerd op te nemen met Aybyl maar sat zijn allemaal automatisch gerenereerde antwoorden of chatbots. Nooit meer hier iets bestellen dus

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij AYBL op black friday. Het pakket klopte niet wat ik binnen kreeg, daarna is dat nog wel toegezonden (wat ze nog hadden daarvan). Toen is het bedrag aangepast, vervolgens heb ik meer retour gestuurd. Toen ging het de error in, en heb ik maanden moeten wachten totdat dat “geregeld” was. Vervolgens klopte er niets van het retour. Ik moest ongeveer 70 euro betalen ipv 30. Klarna had een onderzoek gestart, maar ook weer gestopt. Dus ik heb uit eindelijk de rekening betaalt, omdat AYBL zei dat ze het binnen 5-10 werkdagen zouden regelen. Inmiddels zijn we alweer een maand verder, en zegt AYBL dat ze het geregeld hebben. Terwijl dat niet zo is. Ik zou hier nooit meer bestelling, kwaliteit vind ik het ook niet waard. Klarna is wel een goede hulp geweest, erg blij mee.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING!! They sell you faulty products and then a very unfriendly customer support will tell you they don't take responsibilty for it. They hide themselves behind a 30 days guarantee, but a product this expensive should hold atleast 2 or 3 years before it tears (like any other comparable brand that sells at this price... Gymshark for example ;))

Not a good customer service you can't even reach them!! Slow delivery. Takes 3-weeks to 1 month. Save yourself! If you're willing to wait and patient do so.

Half of my order was missing, even tho the parcel label said every item was in the package. I reached out to them and they said they'll send new items and never did, just ghosted me. I have reached out to them a couple of times after and never got a response.
If you manage to receive the order, the quality is good, but the customer service and how they handle shipping is just bullsh*t. Don't buy from here.

DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS

I made a big order of £300. The courier left the parcel outside and I never received the goods. They will not give a refund and Klarna also supported them (which is crazy to me when they should have a responsibility as well) but they forced me to pay or else bad credit scores. I didn't even receive any of the goods!

Scam website, phishing scam. They will send an empty package from China so you receive tracking. They will steal your card details

Jeg har lagt 2 ordre de sidste 2 måneder og jeg har modtaget dem begge. Leveringen tager ca 2 uger, men dette er pga ophold i tolden når pakken er kommet til dk. Jeg er meget tilfreds med tøjets kvalitet og hvordan det sidder
