Poor quality items & customer service
Their clothing is not fit for purpose unless you're someone who doesn't sweat - I wore a pair of lighter coloured leggings to the gym & ended up with sweat patches in embarrassing areas! When I messaged customer service they initially said I'd passed the 30 day returns & appeared not to care about the issue, I then explained as it had been summer I had been wearing shorts not leggings to the gym, & since then for weeks all of my customer service messages have been ignored! It's a shame as the clothing is very comfortable, but I won't be giving a company who don't care about their customers my money again!

One star is generous
I firstly contacted Aybl on the 4th October about a missing order I received a reply on the 7th stating they were sending out said order. I have been chasing them since as I haven’t received the missing order. We are now nearly 4 weeks later and no further forward.
Poor quality and bad customer service
Initially my partner loved these - great feel, and great fit however they split in the bum seam after about 5 wears (over 2 month).
When I contacts customer services I was told once they are out of their 30 day period it is not their problem. They said I should of reported a faulty item within the 30 days which obviously isn’t much good as who expects a £40+ pair of gym leggings to last less than 2 months when not even worn to a gym??
Very disappointing as the product was great and I’d actually brought more as a Christmas present. I’ll now be returning them and advising everybody to avoid of possible

Keine Retoure möglich.
Ich wollte einen Teil meiner Bestellung, neu, ungetragen und *innerhalb der Rückgabefrist* zurücksenden.
Als ich meine Retoure im Portal beantragen wollte, wurde sie mir verwehrt. Grund: Rückgabefrist sei abgelaufen. Vollkommen erlogen, ich lag noch SEHR gut in der Rückgabefrist.
Auch per Mail halfen sie mir nicht weiter.
Zusätzlich verdächtig war, dass, noch bevor ich überhaupt meine Bestelldaten eingegeben habe, eine Fehlermeldung im Retoure-Portal angezeigt wurde: zur Zeit würde man irrtümlich die Meldung bekommen, dass eine Retoure nicht möglich sei, an diesem Problem würden sie aber bereits arbeiten, und die Rückgabefrist werde für betroffene Kunden (wie mich) verlängert.
Darauf hab ich mich natürlich auch zunächst verlassen, jedoch war das alles genauso erlogen.
Weshalb ein solcher Shop sowas nötig hat, ist mir echt ein Rätsel!
Da ich wenige Monate vor meinem juristischen Examen stehe, kann ich mir die Kosten für den Anwalt zum Glück sparen meine Anzeige selbst stellen, hier aber ein letzter Weckruf an die Firma, dass sie mir MEIN Geld senden und ich nicht weiter meine Zeit damit verbringen muss.

Do NOT order from this company!! Took three weeks for my order to arrive, then a further three weeks for them to issue me an incorrect refund which they underpaid me for. I got in contact with customer service to confirm the refund amount was wrong, only to be told “please be aware our returns department individually check each return parcel. They will only issue a refund for the items included in the parcel” so I am now out of pocket £50 as they didn’t check my return properly and are keeping my money and ignoring my messages. Shocking customer service would never order from here again
Poor gym wear and service
I bought some leggings and a sports bra and after my gym session it had looked like I had had an accident. I contacted their customer services, which you can only use their chat bot service, and was left for days with no answer so had to contact them again and then again. The time had then past for me to return the items and then they state because they don’t state their items as being sweat proof they will not take them back. In their returns section they state if the products don’t perform you can send them back but clearly from their poor customer service this is not true and a false statement. You cannot speak to someone directly and I have been trying to get a solution to this now for 20 days. Would not recommend this company.

Via Klarna besteld. Klarna helpt niet met dit probleem oplossen.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I’ve returned my leggings on the 19th of August and they only issued me a PARTIAL refund on the 13th after having to chase them up. The customer adviser is called Mia and I can see that she opens my messages but ignores them. My refund should have been £42 and I only received £19. I have also sent them a message on instagram which was ignored.

Package was lost. They sent me a DOR which confirms they believe me. This is a legal document!!! After this I never heard back from them. Until I sent an e-mail to the owners but also did not help. In the meanwhile Klarna is still sending me invoices.
These kind of webshops should be stopped by the police because they steal your money!!!

I have been trying to contact your team multiple times to arrange the return various items that were of very poor quality and see-through fabric. Unfortunately, I have been met with a shocking lack of response.
The tracking information for the parcel is non-existent, and I have received no assistance from your automated help bot, which has proven to be entirely useless. Additionally, my attempts to reach out via phone calls and instant messages have gone unanswered.
As it stands, I am out of pocket by £106.00 with no resolution in sight. I urge you to address this issue promptly and provide me with a solution to return the item and receive a refund.

al veel spullen van AYBL, allemaal geweldig en super blij mee. 1 legging ging de crunch van kapot tijdens de leg press, een berichtje gestuurd naar de chatbot waarna ik de volgende dag gelijk een mail kreeg van iemand van AYBL, foto's van de legging gestuurd en krijg meteen een nieuwe opgestuurd. super tevreden over de klantenservice.
Pakket terug naar afzender maar geen geld terug
Mijn pakketje is vanuit de pakketpunt terug naar afzender gestuurd en tot de dag van vandaag geen geld terug en een slechte klantenservice die niet goed helpt.
Pakketje geretourneerd zonder enig bericht
31 juli heb ik een best grote bestelling gedaan, een paar dagen later een mail gekregen dat de bestelling onderweg was maar dat het wat langer kon duren door de uitverkoop. Ik heb elke dag mijn mail gecheckt, maar tot de dag van vandaag heb ik geen andere mail gekregen met een update over het pakket. Na goed zoeken ben ik er nu achtergekomen dat het pakket is teruggestuurd omdat 'ik het niet bij het pakketpunt heb opgehaald'. Normaal krijg ik altijd bericht dat het klaarligt om opgehaald te worden, maar nu is het zonder dat ik ervan wist teruggestuurd.

You can not return you items! The website is a load of old tosh and identifies as not recognising your order number on the return portal. No customers service at all! This is an awful company! I feel sorry for those that order loads and want to return it!
No customer service
Products are decent, been trying to return products for 3 weeks now. No customer service, just chat bots that tell you they know there is an issue with refunds. 3 weeks no resolution is very poor. Will not be ordering again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The items are good quality (sizing is a bit off on the shorts) but the worst part is they dont have a customer service team at all. Just chat bot on the website which doesnt help at all. I am trying to return some items and I cannot. I am receiving an error and according to the chat bot some customers are getting errors when trying to return items and they're resolving this asap....apparently. But I have been unable to return my items for a whole week now, so it doesnt look like they're looking into it. I will never use AYBL again....what a terrible experience. I have advised all my gym friends to not use them either. Customer service is the most important thing when it comes to an online brand, but AYBL clearly don't agree and im sure they'll lose a lot of customers.
