Excellent customer service. There was a delay in the product being available directly from them and I had a gift card for a product from them. They were very communicative, let me know when it was available and honored the original price of the product that the gift amount was for. They made it very easy to order, no pushback, no run arounds. Was the way customer support should be handled.

This is the best company ever. I discovered the product could be engraved and contacted Kirstie who made that happen at very short notice and was delivered 2 days later...just wow! The product itself is beautiful and very well made and packaged. Im sure my son will love and use it for many years to come. I cannot recommend this company enough and will certainly pass their product and service on to anyone looking for a significant birthday present for wine lovers.

Amazing customer service. We were brought ours as a present and unfortunately the glass broke the first time we used it. Just one of those freak things. We got straight onto eto and they sorted it really quickly, no questions asked. Great company.

It doesn't work. The rubber seal permeates the wine with a rubber taste, and the seal itself does not always work correctly, leaving some air stuck with the wine or allowing a small amount of wine to leak by the ball seal and mixing with the wine in the Eto. Don't waste your money.

The product is incredible and the support of eto Team with customs problems was just perfect. So happy with everything regarding this shop.

Just love this thing! Over the years we have tried just about everything to store opened bottles of wine and this is BY FAR the best solution we have used. There's no reason to not open a bottle now for a glass, knowing we can just store the rest so easily. As it happens, it's pretty as well, so we leave it out for people to see too and it's become a conversation piece. It has kept wine for us well over a week without refrigeration. Also, I have to say that dealing with the people at Etowine has been a pleasure too!

I have regularly used my eto decanter for over four years and it is an outstanding product, in terms of both functionality and quality. A minor problem was quickly resolved under warranty in less than a week on the other side of the world - their customer service is amazing, perhaps the best I have experienced.

I was already impressed with the product, but when I had an issue with the glass, they sent me a replacement free of charge on the same day, as it was damaged in the initial order. Totally recommended!

I love the ETO as it stores my open wine so well. I recently broke the glass flask whilst replacing the top mechanism. Customer service brilliant they replaced the same day. Lives up to lifetime guarantee.

Absolutely outstanding service when we needed a seal - it arrived within 24 hours. A truly gorgeous product and now we've tried it, it really works! When opening a bottle of fine wine, it's now possible to enjoy it over more than one evening and in perfect condition! The decanter looks fabulous on the dining table and can be stored in the fridge or wine cooler so that the wine is still enjoyed at the right temperature! What a gorgeous gift that will be used constantly and for a long time to come.

The product works well to preserve wine. Sometimes you don't want a full bottle of wine, this helps to preserve it for the next weekend.
