These are thieves DO NOT send them your money or give them your CC information. Scam company. They have you sign up for $1 for their membership and then charge you nearly $20 month without warning, will not cancel membership, and continue charging your card. Zero customer service SCAM!

Do not use! Never send items, dont reply to emails and rubbish customer service! Needs to be shut down! Been waiting since January!

I ordered a hat and several other items in November/December 2021. The hat arrived fairly quickly but I've received nothing else. This was for about £70 worth of stuff. I've reached out to them, been very patient and ultimately requested a refund for items not received. Requested the refund several times. Nothing. No refund. No delivery. Nothing. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE PLEASE. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE.

THEFT. Do not buy from here. I bought a hat in October and they automatically signed me up for their membership and I've been trying to reach out to them for months and they refused to repond to my direct emails or messages through IG asking them to stop charging me. Additionally there is no way to cancel the membership.

I have asked several times for a cancelation of their witch VIP program and after 5 request they are still charging me monthly. They are a scam.

I ordered my modern witches hat, & it arrived (Australia) in less than 2 weeks. Great quality, really happy with it. Ordering one for my sister-in-law when I saw all these reviews about it being a scam site. All I can say is 1st one received.... will review again when/if 2nd one turns up!

I hate to have to write this. After several emails, lately going unanswered, I have been brought to write a negative review. I made 2 purchases in Nov 2021 and have yet to receive them, even though they are currently selling the items. I told them at the beginning of March 2022 that if I did not receive my items or money I would have to write this. It is sad to see other people have had similar experiences, they could be very successful.

I have been waiting since August 2020 for a refund for order #95438895 ($150.81) which was never delivered.

I get emails promising to look into it, but nothing else.
This company is a complete fraud.

I see I am a victim of the same scam that everyone else is complaining about. Have not received my order but instead some metal pieces of trash I guess to take the place of the necklace I order. After two months of email and instagram messages I have not gotten any replies and now stuck in a monthly subscription.

Dreadful, do not touch this scamming company.
Placed an order 21st January 2022. Still no goods, still no refund, still no communication.

Continually won't answer emails nor Instagram private messages. Tried everything but they just won't reply. Cancelled with bank so haven't lost any money but something really needs to be done about this company.

Continued to charge me for a membership despite the fact that I contacted them several times to cancel the subscription and eventually my account entirely. They only list a Gmail account for contact purposes as well so you can't just call and get it straightened out.

I regret so deeply not reading this reviews before ordering from this thieves. No matter how many e-mails i sent inquiring about my order placed about 3 months ago, they keep sending the same e-mail automated and full of lies. No tracking number, nothing but they did take my money. BBB should do something about this "company", they are literally stealing our money. DO NOT BUY/ YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! Extremely horrible experience I purchased items in October still have not received one of my items. Tons of excuses and promises that the item was being sent out. Still have not received and they are refusing to reply to my emails. Notified Better Business Bureau they received no response either. Told them I wanted a refund haven't received that. Do not give this company your money.

Ordered items early October and contacted them on an increasing basis. Four months later I gave them the ultimatum to either ship or refund within 5 business days. Nothing from them and am now going through my bank. Do not use!

They stole my money. DO NOT buy from them… I bought 2 sweaters along side a box subscription. The box was poorly made so I cancelled that and I never received the sweaters. It’s been 10 weeks since I bought the sweaters and six weeks since I have been requesting a refund for only the sweaters and they keep going around and ignoring my request and giving me no support whatsoever. They are literally stealing my money. 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND.

Don't go there, wish I had read the reviews first, after 3 months and a mountain of refund requests they finally refunded half of my imaginary order. Big middle finger to this lot I'll save my sunshine and blessings for legitimate businesses not ones that rob people. Thieves.

If I could give it a zero I would, I ordered some items 3 months ago and haven't received it, they have now stopped me commenting on their page and have not responded to my emails at all!
