Absolutely horrendous owner. Seems to be a feminazi in the highest degree. After a week of no order update I decided to contact them via Instagram. She erased my comment and blocked me. I'm a dude getting a gift for my lovely wife cause she is one sexy witch I love to spoil. But instead of communicating, I get blocked. Lol. Lot of anti-male idiocracy vibes from little miss c***. Not only was the service absolutely mediocre, the order doesn't come directly from their shop. It's a cheap third party mail carrier from China known as Yun Express. Known for losing packages and being untrustworthy. Get this: ethereally wicked says they're not responsible for reshipment or lost packages knowing they use such a cheap a** carrier. Luckily, we got the shipment a month later, but you can get the exact same kind of hat on Amazon or eBay for much cheaper. Pretty sure she doesn't make them by hand. Orders cheap ones and sells them for a higher price. Anyway, I felt the need to sh** on this company for how sh** they treated a paying customer. You suck.

Bought a couple of hats and I enjoyed the quality of the product!! Very responsive and will definitely order again!

I only got 2 of the 4 items. I reached out on the Facebook page and now blocked. My emails are now coming back. I am out about $70.

Took weeks to send order, only after I'd been chasing them, they didn't bother to reply to my emails! Rubbish service!

Can't get into the site says doesn't exist anymore, I've been charged £17 3 Saturdays on the run now can't speak to anyone I don't use the site so completely forgot I'd paid the 99p trial thing now I'm being charged nearly £80 a month basically for a non existent website I've never ordered from!!! Awful awful awful. Stay clear!!!

Don't do it! They are scammers! Just a bunch of grubby little girls trying to get rich quick. Absolutely no customer service exists. Had to charge back. Make sure the shop on itnerbet and fb is reported so it's closed down.

Horrible business, if I would have seen the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered anything but unfortunately I got scammed and only received two poorly made hats and never received my bundle of chakra charms. I reached out and they keeps sending me the same two emails. I’ve given them my information about three or four times now and I still receive the same emails. Don’t order from this place unless you want to get pissed.

Scam scam scam. Overpriced products, customer service is ridiculously bad, and I never actually received my entire order! The packing slip said everything was in there but it wasn’t, they wanted me to send them a photo of the package and packing slip 6 weeks after it arrived because that’s how long it took for customer support to get back to me. Do not buy from these people, they are corrupt AND incompetent, which when you think about it is an impressive combo. “Blessed be”.

Fell for the Facebook Ad. A few things: everything you find on their site is a stolen image from another website. THEIR CRAP comes from China/Ali Express, and is waaaaay overpriced. You can find anything of "theirs" on, say, Amazon, for much cheaper and from a reputable source. (The hat they sell at over $60 is on multiple sites around $20)
Next, contacting them and getting a response is PAINFUL, and takes so much diligence on the customers part. It took me **several** follow ups to not only be acknowledged, but to then receive an update on my order. Only once the due date came and went I followed up AGAIN (with the owners personal Facebook account, mind you, not their "customer sevice" email...) and then I got a notification the order shipped the next day. What're the odds... so, 2 weeks or more and they just didn't bother to ship out the item I was forced to essentially harrass them about.
Oh, and now it finally came, and yep, nope, hardly what the picture showed AT ALL. It's a huge rip off and frustrating at best... a scam that's a waste of time and money at worst. Just shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Had a horrid experience. Placed an order 11/12/2021, waited until 02/05/2022 before asking for a refund, figured.. "I'll be nice, I know Covid is affecting shipping things overseas and stuff".. didn't get any actual response until 02/07.
At first it was almost impossible to cancel my subscription because I was magically unable to log into their website, but was still somehow able to get emails from them even though according to their website and team, my account never existed.
It took a long time to get my actual refund and for them to stop charging for the VIP witch program, and as of today, they randomly tried to charge me $16... I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING ELSE.

THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

My husband tried to buy me the cute witches hat from the Facebook ad, when entering the details the auto fill endeared our old address, we contacted them immediately and they advised me the item was not shipped and the address was successfully changed.

A few weeks later the courier service sent an email the order was delivered, but we did not receive anything, when we looked into it it was shipped to the original address.

I contacted them several times and the conversation went round in circles with them telling me my order had been shipped and them ignoring the fact it was to the wrong address.

I eventually got someone to acknowledge the mistake and said they will be resending it, we got no shipping details and everytime I ask for an update they reply they don't know what order I'm talking about and request an order number, but when I give them my order number they completely ignore me and it complete radio silence.

I tried making comments on the recent Facebook post multiple times and am also ignored there.

Their FB ad had a cute witches hat and I bought it as well as earrings from their site. The hat came quickly but the earrings have not come at all. It's been about a month. No one will reply to my emails and they still send me promo emails about other items. Don't make my mistake! I just want my $ back for the earrings and now I know from others' reviews they'll probably never come.

If could give them zero or even negative stars, I would. I ordered a few items from them and they finally arrived after about a month. When I opened the bag to look at my stuff, each one was already/still in a bag from China. The labels were actually in Chinese and the address was China too. Needless to say, all of the items were complete junk. I immediately put them back into the bags and got in touch to return them. I received an address to send my items back to, which I did. It's been a month now and I still haven't gotten a refund. I've emailed them several times about it and each time they respond it's about something completely different that has nothing to do with getting my money back. I'm not getting my hopes up about ever seeing my money. So I guess they got their merchandise back and are keeping my money. I wish I had researched them more before ordering because I never would have after reading all the other reviews. My advice: SCAM! STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money. They don't really send out monthly boxes nor do they send out anything you ordered and when you try to ask then, they want you to buy more memberships and just keep saying, we will reship, I just want my money back if I'm not getting my items but that's never gonna happen.
