ordered items 13-Feb-2023, items didn't arrive, sent an invoice 140 days later. Suspect scam and when you look deeper into the company.
They have the wrong address listed on the invoice.
Company details for those interested: Unit Cc402, Cocoa Studios, Drummond Road, London, England, SE16 4DG
Update, the normal reply (1) has the wrong name and (2) this is the standard template used, contacting the email is just another annoying delay for the whole process.
Conclusion: hopefully if you have also been stung with this scam, you paid by credit card, so contact them for a refund due to the scam.
If you’re from the UK, also contact the Office of Fair trading, the police and report the scam to the workplace address to advise their address could be being used as a scammers address

We use DPD courier which is 3rd party for the delivery of our order. The courier associate didn't turned up for the collection due to which order delivery was delayed by 1 day.
We've escalated the issue with the courier team and we assure you that it will not repeated in future.

Beautiful product
Great products and very well received by friends as gifts. Quick delivery as well. The only down size is the pricing. It gives you the price by the item but when you go to the basket Vat is added to the product then delivery then another Vat is added. So i ended up paying about £12 more than the price on show. Apart from that, beautiful stuff.

IT IS A SCAM
Worst company to buy anything from. They are most likely a scam since my husband ordered a flower for me but couldn’t collect it due to delayed delivery. It has now been returned to them but they still won’t issue a refund or respond to any of my emails. It has already been two months of dealing with horrible customer service and no resolution.
DON’T GIVE THEM A PENCE OF YOUR MONEY. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

The rose looked fine
The rose looked fine, lovely colour, a bit darker than it looked online. The smell had a hint of rose but was not a natural rose smell and quite overpowering. If it hadn’t been for the smell, I think it would have been five stars. Time will tell if it lasts. I liked the box it is displayed in and it arrived securely packaged, albeit a day later than I had asked for. Although I bought it in the sale, I still think the price was expensive, by the time VAT was added, then shipping. However, it was for a very special occasion so I don’t grudge it but I’m glad I didn’t buy one at full price. I chose it because I thought it would be a unique gift, very different, and that is still true. I may try a different colour next time and hope the smell is not so synthetic.

We bought from this company for the first time as a gift from us Bridesmaids to our Bride, The website was easy to navigate, the communication was good, the delivery was fast and the recipient was really happy with the gift, stating everything about it was beautiful.
