At Essentially Sports employees never have to worry about personal issues as superiors are accommodating of the needs of the workers. There is also great opportunity for growth in the workplace.

From writer to editor, it's been quite an adventurous journey, learning about different sports and diving in deep into highly interesting angles. Different workshops and the ever evolving nature of the org keep things interesting!

I love the freedom to work during flexible hours from the comfort of my home. Working with a great supportive team who are equally enthusiastic about sports is a plus point.

Right off the bat, the team is very supportive. There is so much room for growth and development as a writer. The pay is decent and timely. I found the work-life balance manageable.
