over 3 month s no product no refund sort it out esquire
i had a poor experience but then had someone who eventually realised my delivery had been returned to them and said i could have a refund . this was on 6 th april and said 5to10 days i would get the refund now this is after they took my 400$ for 2 pairs of trainers on jan 10th which 2 weeks later was told only 1 pair available and they refunded 1 pair leaving 1 pair that would be delivered and i chased it up and they then told me that the shoes were returned by customs to them with no reason and that when i was told i would get my refund so i let i go patiently and another 12 days to which i was met by wait another48hrs as it might be easter holidays ahs stopped them doing the refund this is afarce so not only could they not get me my order and then when they sent half an order they could not get it to the philippines and they never told me i had to chase them up by which they said i would be refunded in 5 to 10 days which is still not done am all for being aptient and giving companies a chance and i understand things dont always go well but my experience was sent 400$ on jan 10 and it now 20 april no shoes and no refund anyone want to deal with that then good luck . ill be the first one to post when am happy and the last one to post bad things and this is not bad i not been ripped off or felt that but time is not acceptable for a transaction that could be done in hours not months
