The reason I give the five stars is this bike is original it's good quality but the tim regards isn't the good tim because when you get something happen you wait long time sometimes no reply the message so please make sure the people you work the company thanks

I purchased an E-rider bike with a deposit of £500 pound your company sent the wrong bike then I had to pay the return delivery which cost £52 pound up on you receiving it you then ripped me of by only giving £350 back I do not recommend getting from this company

You paid a deposit to lease a bike which you returned. The deposit was non refundable but despite the damaged condition of the bike you returned we refunded a part of the deposit payment.

It's easy to buy but high maintenance

It's easy to buy but high maintenance. Can't find any locally shop to fix if there is any problem. Can't even changed the tyre . Everything company handle directly. Only for one tyre fixing or changing is cost 250 plus 45 for tyre cost.i think it's too much . Its better to have a car instead easy to reach to maintenance

Bike was delivered fairly fast…..but !
No instructions how to undo seat, where to find charger or wing mirrors, bolts missing and loose on the panels, right brake cluster loose, and rear mud guard all bent up. Ordered what looks like a rear plate stating the bike is legal etc but when it arrived i after another phone call wish i saved £15.00 as its about 5” square bit of trafalyt/plastic

Last of all we sent several e mails to Ken asking him to clarify the law/s mainly the twist and go laws but he gave up replying in the end and did not seem that bothered not really what you would expect in after sales but thankfully we have trust pilot to help filter out the un helpful don't care company’s next time Tim Ken listen respond and act ……

As was explained to you the manual for your Model 18 bike is on our website.

We had a full exchange of emails regarding the legality of your bike prior to order and after your order had been placed but before delivery we emailed you as follows

"We have been selling these bikes since 2013 and have never had any issue with them being road legal, however we are happy to cancel your order and refund your payment if you wish."

When we continued to receive numerous further emails from you on the same subject after delivery it is true that we eventually stopped responding.

Scooter arrived bright and early & on…

Scooter arrived bright and early & on time.
My wife has already clocked up just over 100km & she absolutely loves it.
People stop and look and ask questions when ever she's out & about.
The build quality appears to be very good & power delivery is smooth and quickly gets up to full speed.

The whole purchase experience was very good with frequent updates.

Unfortunately I will not buy again from this seller.

Unfortunately I should join the group of negative reviews. Allow me to explain why.
I bought a Moda 30 on 2017 and the purchase process was really smooth. I received good contact and guidance from the seller's company owner Ken. The bike was delivered fully assembled and on time, documentation and guide ready for registration... in short, everything OK.
The problem with this company, in my experience, looks like is because sells chinesse electric motorcycles, not bad ones, but in the cheap price band, which are discontinued within three or four years. Then, non spare parts stock and non after sales services, at all.
Particularly, my issue was dealt by Tim, - already mentioned in other reviews -, with about the same level of satisfaction described on them.
The issue was that the display of my bike failed, unfortunately, out of the warranty period.
Contacted the company, having any answer from was a long, insistent process: calls, emails... Finally, looks I had bit of good luck, and was sent a replacement part, reasonably priced.
Not just miself but also the garage, found hard to dismantle the cover in order to accessing the old display, because looks stuck hold by any internal screws or pressing part. Contacting the company received a brief explanation about: "just unscrew four bolts and pull the plastic cover out". Contacting again because, despite the screws being out the cover feel hard to pull out and, being plastic, we worried to damage or broken it, the answer insisted to pull the screws and pull the cover out. Asking for some schematic iillustration, photos, etc. nothing was providing, just that pitiful explanation.
The garage then, successfully contacted over the phone, (tried before a couple of times getting assurance that someone will call back, which never happened), managed to get the cover out and replaced the display.
Is that all? Nope! At the first ride with the new display, I discover that was no just as before, the odometer and speedometer, now displayed the legend "miles" but the real figures were kilometers. That's not too bad but annoying in a brand new replacement, really bad was that the remaining battery indicator showed half battery wen just charged and started to flashing flat battery warning when still was enough to conver comfortably some distance; how much? I will never now because there is no way to check it and I would never dare to risk going up to the final flat moment.
I complained. Tim attended the complaint with, more or less, the empathy already described in other reviews and quickly dismissed any problem concluding: "there is not more displays in stock, it's the last one" , which, in plain terms, meants: take it or leave it.
One expects from any regulsr seller, at least, contacting the manufacturer searching for a solution to the problem, because it's clear that the display is the right one so, surely, the problem should be some settings on the display or on the bike. No what expected in this case, the seller do not care about, so now is my problem and that is all. What if the new display is just faulty?
Thankfully, this is not a major issue, but what will be the solution case a major one arise? Dismantle the bike most likely. Best option: sell the bike now... If I can.
In short, the bike cost was about £2000 in offer. It is electric, low maintenance and no taxes but, for this price it can be bought a solid brand petrol one, from a reputed seller, gaininig better outputs and, definitely, best after sales service and larger term spare stocks. Also, there is more and more larger brands and sellers, interested now in the electric market, better buy from them.

Well, thank you! Your answer just further support my point which is:

Rather that spending £2000 plus on a electric scooter provided by Erider, spend the same money on a non electric equivalent machine, (or pay the price for an electric one) from a reputed manufacturer, (Piagio, Lexmoto for instance). Otherwise within three or four years you will be forced to bin your bike as not spares will be available.
I notice in your answer a bit of confusion with dates:
Now is November 2021, five years down would be November 2016. But I bought on June 2017. I believe that you meant four years down. Hold a second,  it's also mentioned three years since the bike was discontinued which gives November 2018. When I bought, Erider claimed that the model was "the most recent addition to their catalog"...  a trading life of almost two years. Impressive!
I bought the mentioned, never properly working display, the last one you said, on September 2020, three years and three months after purchasing the bike.

Never had any support from you to solve the issue.

We try to keep parts for all of our bikes and most people might think that still being able to supply a replacement display five years down the line and three years after the bike was discontinued.
