ERG Recenzje

We cannot praise ERG Scotland enough We had 2 fitters Alan & John that came to do our windows in our old cottage. They turned up when they we're supposed to and braved fitting our windows in the snow, wind and rain and never let up until the job was complete .
Clean tidy all the way through and showed respect to our property and belongings
We had, had a bad experience with doors with another local company and had lost faith in double glazing companies but ERG has now restored that faith, and I can't thank them enough
Keep up the excellent work

We are delighted that we chose ERG Scotland to fit our new windows in our old cottage. The service we received from beginning to end was excellent, any queries we had were answered very promptly and Neil the fitter was brilliant! We would have no hesitation in recommending ERG Scotland and look forward to living in a snug, draught free and cosy cottage for years to come.

Great company to deal with from start to finish.
Helpful and informative during the ordering process. The glaziers turned up at the time promised, fitted and cleaned the windows to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy after they went. Really nice guys too. Would definitely use this company again.

Highly recommended. Have used ERG previously who proved to be very reliable. Very happy with the window installation yesterday and the workmanship and professionalism of the joiner Gordon Oman who made a very neat job, very conscientious in his work and extremely tidy. Thank you for a job well done Gordy.

Recently had 4 windows and a door supplied and installed by this local business. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and easy.
The completed job deserves 5 stars especially the staff and Neil the fitter/joiner. He was very fast and more importantly left a very clean job, inside and out.
Very pleased and looking forward to getting the rest of the house (front) done.

The staff are extremely attentive, efficient and transparent, offering a fantastic service. I am aware from friends who have used the company, that their aftercare service is first class too. The windows are great looking and very functional. The long guarantee is also outstanding, compared to their competition.

We had two sets of patio doors, a back door and a window replaced a few months ago. They have all been subjected to full-on Fort William storm weather so this review covers performance too.
From start to finish ERG have been first class.
The initial consultation was very informative without any sales pressure and we felt confident with the company and their history. Once the price was agreed a detailed survey was conducted and our new doors and window were installed slightly ahead of the anticipated date.
Throughout the process ERG staff were always courteous and friendly and the attention to detail on the product and installation is second to none.
Our home is noticeably warmer and the performance of the installation easily handled all the storms threw at it.
The after sales service is excellent and it is uncommon to find a company who will go the extra mile + should that be needed.
I would recommend ERG to anyone who needs windows and doors. Top quality products and services!
If we need any further replacements there is only one company for us to call.

The whole experience with ERG was top-notch. From the initial engagement, to the home visits and advice, to the fitting service, ERG staff have proved to be reliable, informed and friendly throughout.
As a professional Facilities Manager, I would use them in work-related projects after such a great experience at home.

ERG is a great company. They have done several projects around my house and I have always been happy. Their work is always carried out on time and their staff are amazing.

We contracted ERG to take down our old polycarb conservatory, and install a new solid roofed one.
Conscientious and flexible tradesmen, excellent quality materials, kept informed throughout when different trades would appear.
Very competitive pricing. We are delighted with our new build.

Would highly recommend ERG! great price for such a high quality product. We had 2 doors fitted recently and not one complaint. From the office staff to Donnie the fitter, all absolutely superb. Absolutely delighted!!

Great competitive price, great service, quality product and service follow up. Salesman, surveyor and fitter were prompt, quick, and excellent in all aspects. I would recommend this company for any home improvements.

We had new external doors and a replacement glass roof on an old Everest conservatory. All the workmen were efficient, friendly and on time. The materials are very good quality. The office communication was excellent and a couple of little niggles were noted and passed on efficiently which made the whole process very stress less for us. All good so would recommend this company.

Having been let down dreadfully for over 12 months by Arena Home Solutions (do not TOUCH this company) we ended up choosing ERG for our composite door...we were told roughly 8 weeks from ordering to fitting and they were 100% spot on. Lovely informative ladies in the office, kept in the loop either by email/Voicemail etc. Very happy with our new composite front door...highly recommend this company...thank you

This is a great local company, have used them several times and always great service. Phone calls returned, not like most other companies, rep came out to discuss what we wanted. Just had our latest door fitted and everything was perfect, and left immaculate. Thanks for great service, quality products and really friendly staff from first phone call to fitting :)

Great service.
It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare.
We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

Updated review after excellent response from ERG (thanks Siobhan!). All minor niggles corrected to a high standard. Would have no hesitation recommending ERG for any future projects.

Excellent firm, highly recommended. Simply the best!
Eight windows fitted with precision, superb workmanship and finish.
We are absolutely delighted and we'll certainly use ERG again.

ERG installed 8 very nice windows and composite door for us. The quality of the maintenance free internal finish, by their joiner Gordy, was excellent! A very good company who will deal with any queries or concerns you may have promptly. We would use them again without hesitation.

Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house.
Can’t seem to be able to put a photo on this site.
The salesman Dean was great and the guys that installed my French doors professional and friendly and superior products.
In the future I will not be going anywhere else for any windows or doors, I’m recommending them to others.
