Brilliant experience buying a new Mirus Ultra gaming chair
From ordering to receiving and then assembly, my experience of buying a Mirus Ultra gaming chair was brilliant, the price was also better than I expected as I received a hefty discount by purchasing it in the Christmas sale. Using the instructions supplied, I was able to assemble the chair in less than 5 minutes. The chair itself is extremely comfortable.

Great all round despite not fitting me
Although I sent it back as it wasn't the correct fit for my size/build, the chair itself is of great quality, the website is very easy to use and the customer service team where top notch when it came to refunding and returns. Ifs a shame it didn't fit as it really is good/comfy otherwise.

The assembly required is minimal; it takes more time to dispose of the box and the protections that assemble the chair.
There was a problem with the customs, but it was a way to learn how helpful the Ergohuman Customer Services is. When things don't go as smoothly as they should, it's when you really know what the customer service is made of, and I'm impressed.

Worth Every Euro — Highly Recommend Ergohuman!
I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the product from Ergohuman. Their team was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process — quick communication, clear information, and fast delivery.
The Ergohuman game chair itself is amazing — solid build quality, very comfortable for long hours, and clearly designed with ergonomics in mind. It has completely improved my sitting posture and overall comfort while working and gaming.

Fast and professional
The whole process was very smooth, from ordering and payment to delivery, which only took six days including a weekend. Not having to deal with customs was a plus.
The chair arrived well packaged. There was no invoice included, however, when I asked via email I received it the same day.

Very good and swift customer service
It was great that the Ergohuman team handled customs for me and the delivery via FedEx was swift and professional, although the package was big and heavy. I also really liked that the team personally contacted me to clear up any ambiguities with my order information to ensure a frictionless delivery.

Not cheap, but great service and product.
I purchased the Ergohuman Elite G2 to replace my old Herman Miller chair.
POSITIVES:
+ Very responsive support and sales team
+ Very quick delivery with transporter
+ Very good packaging
+ Simple to set up: simple assembly with just 8 bolts to install
+ Very comfortable chair
+ Quality materials - plastics and machined aluminium look and feel great
+ Very adjustable, great recline function
+ 10 years warranty
NEGATIVES:
- Chair is a bit low to the ground.. its highest position is exactly the medium position I was using on my Herman Miller chair. It is just ok for me with the gas cylinder all the way up, but I am not very tall at 177cm, so I guess it could be an issue if you are taller.
