product is fine and very good, ordered from Switzerland, VAT was not clear while paying process and had to pay import fees on the full product price at the end. Instead of the price minus VAT.

The delivery was okay in terms of time frame, and this product I ordered (Kentucky Power Joint Supply) is very helpful for my horse (off the track Anglo with a lot of thoroughbread, rather delicate and yet, a powerhouse, so easily injured and not enclined to channel his energy; this supplement is really good for his general musculo-squeletic health and for his feet too). Love your products, I just wonder if the lovely catalog you send systematically (apparently) is really needed. It's very nice, but we can find all your products on your website, we don't really need to receive more paper, and that might also be less damaging for the natural ressources? Many thanks anyway, for supporting our horses' health and wellbeing!

Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad your horse is doing so well on the Kentucky Advance joint powder. We are always finding ways to reduce paper and plastic, the last year alone we have saved over 900kg of plastic, and we will continue to do so.

Buen tratamiento.
Estamos tratando un problema de infosura grave por un queratoma y Biotine está ayudando a nuestro caballo a recuperar el casco. Ya estamos con el segundo envase y el caballo lo está notando para bien. Muy satisfechos con este gran producto.
