Professional company and good service
I don’t know if this is a scam site, I have not received anything yet and i have paid for my purchase.
But now I withdraw my bad review and 1 star.
I give them instead 6 stars out of 5.
They gave me an excellent customer service and sendt me new products and kept follow up on my order.

Excellent products
Excellent products. My dogs feels noticeably better with Cortaflex…But I am disappointed by the shipping policy. It says free on products over €75 and I keep spending well over and yet the shipping cost is 12-14€. Bulgaria IS in the EU so what’s the issue.
Reply: I went down to smaller purchase amount because at checkout the shipping was not free for the larger amounts either. I’ve ordered a lot from you

Products for my 26 years old horse.
The shipment was made within the indicated time frame. The prices of the products are affordable and correct in my opinion. I purchased 3 products, Apple Lytes Solution, Pro-Pell Plus and Cortaflex® HA Regular Strength Solution. I was already familiar with Cortaflex and it gives excellent results at the joint level, as is the case of my elderly horse, wich is 26 years old and still works with me in showjumping. I have been using Apple Lytes Solution and I must say that it provides very good support during the hot and sultry season we have in this part of Italy, not only at the level of mineral salt replenishment, but also for the energy provided. I have noticed pleasant improvements in both fitness and energy during training. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Good working supplement
Quick delivery. Product works very well on our horse. Would like to have more discounts, like p.ex. over 100€ 10%, over 200€ 20%. Something like that.

Great product so I don't mind too much but as this product ships from NL, the 8.1% VAT (plus inspection fees) is added at the border and the Dutch VAT is not subtracted, therefore it costs more.
