Everything was great, the customer service and the products. The only inconvenience I had was that when I made the order, I choose the delivery option that said 3-4 working days, and I needed it to arrive within that time. I made the order a Saturday, which means the package should have arrived at the latest on Thursday. I was in communication with customer service this whole time because the products were urgent, and they were great but the package ended up arriving 2 days after they told me.

This was my first time ordering from this store and I am blown away by Kathryn's customer service. My order experience came with some bumps in the road (some that were the fault of my own), but Kathryn went above and beyond to smooth everything out. I am beyond grateful and impressed with this store and will be ordering again!

I'm updating my review from May 25. It was my error on the size.
Kathryn reached out immediately and helped me return the package I initially received and is sending the correct size.
She went above and beyond what most companies would do to fix my error and at no cost to me.
Definitely a company I will continue to do business with. 😌

After waiting couple weeks to receive the order, I was sent two shirts same color. I ordered two different colors. Too time consuming to return.
My problem was corrected by customer service. Their response was prompt and satisfactory. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Customer service was very responsive. I gave them some grace, being a small company, and they gave me a $15 gift card due to excessive wait time on some stirrups I ordered. I wasn’t expecting to wait three weeks when I ordered, but they came as expected, and I am happy with the product. I was also able to get a product from them that I could not find elsewhere!

Both of my interactions with Equiluxe have been incredible! I had to return part of my first order and it was a breeze, and while placing my second order I was having trouble accessing a discount and I received immediate assistance via Kathryn from the chat feature. Really impressed with how user-friendly they are.

This company is amazing. They stock high end namebrands (including a lot of stuff not from US where normally it would take weeks to receive, they get the stuff to you super quick). The customer service is unmatched. I received a pair of stirrups (fast shipping) but was not in love with the color. To say that Kathryn went above and beyond would be an understatement. She found a better solution than I could have even hoped for. I also want to add that they have good pricing and so many great deals. Thank you xoxo

I have been looking for years to find the perfect double lunge lines. They are thin enough so your hands are not overwhelmed with the lines and very light weight with the appropriate length.
