I was invited by Equidry to share my feedback. I wrote a fare honest review about the product they sent me, which surprise surprise! didn’t get shared on there site and was just ignored by Equidry.
I brought the all in one as a gift on first sight colour is fab, well made BUT…..
Once on it looks like they’ve stitched the wrong bottom to the top, I ordered the small for a size 8 lady.
Top fits lovely room for a good jumper and free movement
Bottom is ridiculously big measuring 48” just looks disproportionate.
As it was a present it was to late to return once gifted utterly disappointed

I would not recommend this company filtering reviews represents a dishonest prospective of there products. If there as good as they claim why do they need to??

I was bought the all in one as a gift, there was a slight issue with one of the zips, i contacted the Equidry team who were really helpful, they paid for the return and sent out a replacement. Past two days with the storm i have worn my all in one & bloody love it, windproof & waterproof. The braces allowing you to undo the jacket part and let it hang, so innovative, allowed me to muck out without over heating. Looks so good too! My friends have all put in requests for Christmas. Highly recommend

I have the Equidry coat and love it but thought the All in One would be good for winter. Im gutted that I need to return it as I ordered the short, Im 5ft 3 and its very long

I've been using Equidry since they started and I've just replaced my Original Equidry bought in 2022 with a new one (the Evolution) which arrived yesterday having only ordered it Tuesday. This will be my third Equidry now.
I wear the coat pretty much every single day of the year as it keeps my 'normal' clothes clean, keeps me dry in the rain and warm in winter (I throw it on over my PJ's and fluffy dressing gown...toasty!) My old coat still had plenty of wear left even after 4 years!
I'm over the moon with my new coat, I've again gone for the thick fleece lining but the quality on the Evolution is even better than the previous original'model'! The coat feels even more robust and there have been upgrades too, such as an inner flap inside the side vents so if you unzip the sides for riding your legs won't get wet! Also the main zip now has a popper flap that my previous one didn't. What I really like about the coats are the robust, easy to do up zips. You don't want to be faffing around in the morning with a zip, you want a good, chunky zip and that's exactly what you get. It's a small thing, which you might not feel is important but it is 😆
Also, the fluffy lining has improved in quality too.
I feel it's pretty unusual these days to say that a British company have actually improved the quality and design of a product and that's why I'm leaving this review, they deserve it. Customer service is great, I sent a query and it was responded to quickly.
I can't say enough good things, yes there are cheaper ones on the market but Equidry ticks all the boxes and for a work horse coat, you need those boxes ticked in my opinion.

Equidry water repellent Leggings very thin, more like thin tights.

The suits are VERY small made, not true to actual size. Very disappointed

I ordered a last minute gift for my wife (iris jacket) and was touch and go for delivery on time. I reached out to customer services and Emma helped ensure a quick dispatch to ease my mind. Jacket arrived in time and I couldn't be happier. Excellent work from the team!

Love my equidry purchases! But!! The rubber tag on the zip has come off one day when I zipped up, and the popper for the leg strap (I have never ridden in this coat) has come off completely. I bought this is autumn and it has had light use. Not what I’d expect from equidry.

Never could really afford cost with such big price tag. So when this year decided to treat myself for bday ( as they were on reduced price ). Was really excited to receive it. After days days of issue off it not being delivered I gave up. Company stance was that its delivering company issue and they can’t do anything about it.
such disappointment… something that meant to be a really nice thing, turned out to be waste of hours on phone to Equidry and DPD and still no coat …

As much as I really wanted that coat it’s just not worth the hassle.

Definitely won’t be buying again and definitely will be sharing my experience with everyone who even mentions equidry

Despite the bizarre sizing options and guide, I was prepared to order an ‘oversized’ long coat with mesh lining in either size M or L but there’s no availability in any of the seven colours in either size??? Also tried to speak to someone re sizing but no pick up, no answerphone and no call back from the contact form I then sent. The coats may be good but it’s a 1 out of 5 for customer service

I actually love my coat.I love the colour (Green with pink lining)I love the fact I dont need to wear leggings when walking my dogs.I love the way the zip can go up from the bottom to give you room to move your legs.
BUT there are bits I dont love ..
The hood is to big,I can see anything with it on and I have to wear a wooly hat to keep it from blowing off my head.It also over hangs my head torch.
I dont like the fact it takes me ages to get the zip lined up to zip it up.with all that said,I would buy one again,if im ever lucky enough to be given a bonus again.Im not sure when I actually bought my coat,it was sometime last year so its had some very heavy downpours to deal with.

I purchased two long coats for gifts, both items were put purchased separately. Being male I got them both wrong. The staff were very helpful in assisting me getting these orders right and made the return and refund process easy. Top customer care. Will not buy their yards coats from anywhere else ever....oh and the products I am reliably informed are amazing. Warm, dry and protected on those rainy cold days!

Being a "plus" sized lady, there are not too many equestrian clothing manufacturers around, so I couldn't believe it when I stumbled across Equidry as they do just that!
I bought a large oversized Evolution long coat as I wanted something to keep me warm and dry when out riding. I couldn't believe the fit, with plenty of room to wear extra layers underneath and still have plenty of room to easily move around in, furthermore, its so toasty warm!
I was that impressed that I have now bought the thin fleeced lined shortie to wear around the yard. Thanks Equidry..I can't thank you enough. I just wish I had found out about you sooner!!!

Fantastic experience with prompt service, speedy delivery, and absolutely no hassle.

Ordered a coat and a pair of jods. After only a couple of times wearing the jods, the stitching was faulty and got told I could only return for them to get fixed or a replacement- they would “review” upon return. Okay, it is what it is. Sent the return back… ZERO communication. Next thing I know, after approx 1 week, I get an email to say my equidry parcel is out for delivery. Okay? Didn’t realise I was expecting anything, therefore wasn’t home. The delivery driver did not follow safe place instructions and my parcel got stolen. I contacted Equidry who said that I had to wait fo DPD to investigate and to contact them again in 6 working days if they haven’t. Of course, DPD didn’t bother, so I contacted Equidry. The response was that I could have a replacement pair sent out, but would have to wait until Monday for this. No problem. Then I was told “I suggest you remove your safe place instructions to prevent this happening again”. The issue wasn’t my safe place, it was that my instructions weren’t followed in the first place?! Your SAFE PLACE instructions are there for a REASON. I immediately responded and asked if I could change the colour, to which I got told “no. The order has been placed”. Funny, because less than a few mins after I received that email, I then got an email today the order had been placed. If they wanted to have helped, they would have. Honestly, this whole experience has just been soured. I’ve been wanting to purchase from equidry for so long, and finally decided to treat myself. I won’t bother next time- I’ll go elsewhere. I didn’t appreciate the tone on the emails nor did I appreciate the unhelpfulness. Honestly, go elsewhere.
