Where is my order that I placed 7 days ago ???
When I ordered 7 days ago, your website said that if it I sent my order before 3:00 pm, it would go out that same day. Yet, 7 WHOLE DAYS LATER, IT'S STILL NOT HERE !!! I've been your customer for several years, and have always received my orders quickly. But I'm now out of the ones I had. WHY did your website make a claim that WAS NOT TRUE ????

We do apologize for the delay with your order. Due to high demand, we temporarily ran out of stock of your product. The tracking information tells us your package will be delivered today and again we apologize for the delay.
