The part was cheaper than anywhere and the shipping was better. I paid for FedEx 2 day shipping. It came on the third day, but that’s understandable cause I purchased on a Sunday and it shipped out on Monday and came on Wednesday. (They could fix their shipping calculator to count out weekends, but it’s common sense). Will purchase here again!

Do your research to find your specific part numbers. When you have done that, this company will provide quality parts quickly and efficiently for a lot less than OEM parts. You can pay for quick shipping or take standard. I use them for all my DIY fixes, which have been mounting up with 20 year old appliances.

Buyer beware! There is no phone number to contact them only email.
I had ordered a part and needed to cancel it which I did within minutes of placing the order. Thanks to the fact they have no phone number they shipped it anyway and I had to pay to have it returned with and additional 25% restocking fee! What a load of crap!
This is no way of doing business in this day and age.
I'll never use them again!

I was looking for an element switch for my range found in your website. It was fast and affordable. It was close by so i got fast. It was easy

Ordered a heating element from them and it arrived all bent up and went to email them about it and they answered my first email but after that no more contact with them , so ended up buying one local , I would have not even given them a 1 star but you have too , to get a review out , becareful of dealing with this company!!

My experience with this company was Grade A. I needed a lid switch for my washer. I found it Monday evening on this website. I used express mail where was 2 to 3 days. I live on the East Coast. Well it arrived on Thursday afternoon of that week and I installed it that day. I was washing clothes that evening.

They sent me the wrong size dryer belt. Beware

I ordered an "OEM" dryer filter for my whirlpool gas dryer. It was delayed over a week from when it was supposed to. OEM my a**. Garbage piece of plastic screen that doesn't fit correctly. Garbage part from garbage company. Look elsewhere.

Their company promotes expedited shipping (2 day) for an upcharge but when my order came in four days they pretty much told me no refund and directed me to the fine print. If you're not in a hurry then certainly use them but unfortunate that 'fast' is in their name when they won't stand by what they promote.

I needed parts for our 12 year old KENMORE GAS DRYER ! I Googled the parts I needed for the make, and model we had. The search led me to Epartsfast.com , and they had all parts needed, and at a great price ! They shipped it really fast, and it was FREE SHIPPING !!

Terrible company. No customer service. No response. Their shipping is horribly slow. Been without a dryer for over two weeks. False marketing on shipping statement. It’s not eparts fast it is eparts slow!

I should have looked into them before buying. I bought a heating element for my LG drier and it did arrive quickly and it worked, for three weeks. Now it will barely heat at all and I'm back to where I started. I contacted them and was told that once installed, there is no money back on heating elements. They won't stand behind a product I bought less than a month ago, absurd. I guess I'm out nearly $100 for that piece of junk. This company sells defective junk, buy elsewhere.

It wasn't until after I placed my order that I read the reviews for epartsfast.com. Needless to say I had considerable trepidation about my order. I am happy to report that those feelings were entirely unwarranted. In my case, the item shipped out next day and was received on the date promised. The items were packaged fine and were in brand new condition. I will definitely use epartsfast.com in the future!

Easy to order, the element, fuse, thermostat kit was perfect..dryer is runnin great! They shipped it out very early in the morning..a few hrs. after I ordered, emailed me with tracking# etc., I opted for free regular shipping so was expecting to wait at least a week for my parts but got them in 2 days! Some people are blaming them for slow shipping but that's not their fault it would be the postal services, which are very unpredictable these days.

Ordered a simple lint trap replacement for my dryer. It's a piece of plastic, some mesh and felt. Item came promptly and looked identical to the old one (but newer,) however, it fell apart after one use. The original trap lasted over a decade and was just starting to show wear.

Emailed them a week ago, no response. Just followed up but I'm not hopeful about my chances based on the rest of these replies. Their 'all sales final, no refunds or returns after use, no warranty guaranteed' return policy doesn't give any protection for faulty or defective parts, which I definitely should have seen as a bigger red flag. I'd just like a second part sent to try, I wasn't even looking to refund yet. :/

Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices, just go somewhere else and get a decent part.

I bought a replacement icemaker for my frig. They advertised that it came with the wiring harness. It came 12/27/22 without a wiring harness. I communicated with them about it and they sent the wiring harness which arrived 1/3. I installed the icemaker and it produced no ice. I emailed them 1/13 requesting that they honor their 100% guarantee, no hassle return. They did not respond. I send a second email a few days later. They responded on 1/19 by sending me their return policy which stated that I had to return it within 14 days, and they would not accept it if it had been installed. I responded by saying that the clock should not have started ticking on their 14 day policy until I had received the wiring harness on 1/3, and that since I requested return on 1/13, I was within the 14 days. Apparently they felt that since they delayed their response until after the 14 days, I was out of luck. I then said that how could I know the part was defective without installing it? Their policy basically negates any possible way to return a defective part. They have not responded. there is no way to telephone them to discuss it.

This isn't the first review to say this...I bought a heating element for my dryer and paid extra for priority shipping and guess what...??? It's 8 days later and it's still not here! No response to emails either! This place is a big pile of BS!! Don't waste your time or money ordering from them! D

I ordered a dryer heating element and paid an extra $20 to have it shipped 2-day express. It's currently been 18 days since it shipped and still no part. Epartsfast.com does not have a phone number listed and does not respond to email correspondence. The USPS said the package was shipped regular Priority mail (not 2-day express!) I would not recommend ordering from them.

Wrong part was sent. Contacted company via email, which appears to be the only way to contact them. I was clear on what happened and their email reply was that my part was delivered. In my opinion there is no useful customer support. Aviod this company like you would avoid the plague. It seems like it is a robot answering your email. Stay away from this company.

Sent me a heating element without the housing after I put the correct model number in for the dryer. (which calls for the housing) Then wants to charge me for shipping again to return a part that was incorrect. Poor customer service. I won't do business here again.
