DONT book ur tickets via this company. Go direct to the venue site to buy tickets. They charge extortionate fees over and above ticket value with limited choice of seating.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed.
Just to clarify, we never increase the face value of tickets – the ticket price itself is always exactly the same as purchasing directly from the venue. Like most ticket agents, Entertainers Tickets charges booking fees in line with industry standards. In some cases, venues also require us to collect a venue levy or similar charge on their behalf, which can slightly increase the total price.
In terms of seat availability, many venues allocate different seating areas to different ticket agents. Unless we're directly integrated with a venue's ticketing system, we can only sell the allocation we've been given. This is standard practice across the ticketing industry.
We're proud of the service we provide, reflected in our 4.7 Trustpilot rating, and we're always happy to help customers find the best available seats within the allocation we have.

I phoned and advised that I had not received a confirmation if tickets i brought
Elise the customer service person not only phoned me back after saying she may have to pass to her colleague the next day she confirmed that I had not brought the tickets as I thought but allowed me to buy the tickets there and then at which point I received a confirmation email

Excellent customer care. I ordered an extra ticket by mistake. I contacted the company via email and received a reply within 24hrs. They very kindly appreciated my mistake, cancelled the seat and issued me a refund straight away.

Good, friendly service over the phone
The staff on the phone were really helpful. The lady who answered (sorry I didn’t get her name) was friendly and keen to help. She then transferred me to Elsie who was really understanding and solved my problem without any fuss. Great service. Thank you.

Initially had a great experience
Initially had a great experience, however i duplicated my tickets, i contacted customer service who assured me they would refund me contacted them a second time and was reassured it was on its way,still waiting for my almost £80 refund!
