The person who dealt with my enquiry…
The person who dealt with my enquiry was very understanding, helpful, and kind, and arranged for myself and my children to meet the artist and have photographs taken for a memory diary for my children as I have Vascular Dementia and they will with these photos be able to remember all the things we did together.
I could not ask for more, fantastic service from a fantastic company Entertainers Tickets are just great.

Great customer service
Having bought tickets for an event I discovered I hadn’t received confirmation in any emails. I contacted Megan at Entertainers and my issue was resolved very quickly. A quick response and all issues resolved.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I accidentally purchased tickets for New Brighton ( Liverpool). Thinking it was Brighton Sussex 🤦♀️
I called thinking they wouldn’t be helpful - but was pleasantly surprised to a, speak to a human and b, and extremely pleasant one named Kerrie. She was so understanding and helpful and transferred my tickets to a venue closer to me.
Extremely grateful for this wonderful service- highly recommend.
