El seguro contratado mediante distribuidora me dice que ellos se hacen cargo pero yo tengo que adelantar el dinero de la fianza.
Les he enviado dos email al correo DRU indicado sin respuesta. Ahora les he bloqueado la tarjeta. A ver por donde salen.
Enterprise cancelled on the day
I booked a van , 6 weeks in advance to collect at Hexham, Northumberland.
It was confirmed two days prior. The morning i needed a van , I got a Voicemail to say my van was unavailable but could have a much larger van or a car.
I tried for over an hr to call back and kept getting a recorded message saying the branch was closed. Yet staff had rung me
When I did speak with staff I was told there were no more medium vans, yet they were still showing as available on their website.
Apparently its a glitch and head office know about it.
Also, looking at reviews I can see enterprise regularly do this, I was stranded with 20 odd boxes to get down the country.
Seems enterprise are claiming to have a service but can't deliver on it.
Thankfully Arnold Clark in Carlisle came to my rescue

i booked a van from the runcorn branch in the uk. i received a confirmation email from them, only to be told the night before i was supposed to pick the van up that the van i ordered was no longer available. they offered me a smaller van that was too small to carry a motorcycle. left with no time to make other arrangements i had to cancel the collection. thanks for nothing enterprise!! i will never use your company again and will advise others to steer clear.
Charged for pre-existing damage
We hired a car in the UK for 20 days. Once in the car, we noticed that one of the rear seat belts was faulty, but this was ok because we had a baby seat, and the front passenger seat did not move properly. There is no way these would be noticed on the initial inspection when picking it up.
On return, my partner pointed this out to them, in an attempt to be helpful.
So what did they do? They changed him for damage for these faults. Multiple emails had no impact. Use this company with extreme caution.

very bad experience, they are scammers, they steal money, they seem nice and helpful but they are not at all, if you happen to use this company take a photo of every little detail of the car, don't trust them!!

I originally spoke to Emily and then Toby at the Milton Keynes branch in the UK.Olga from Bletchley was also involved. All three of these people delivered wonderful customer service. I can’t praise them enough. They made everything achievable and easy for me. It’s a refreshing experience to receive such helpful, cheerful and friendly customer service. Thank you

Hired a van that had a warning triangle on the dash and left indicators didn’t work. Then tried to charge me £2000 for damage. They reduced this to £250 but I raised a dispute with the company and they fobbed me off. Will never use them again.
Perth rental car experience
Recently visited Perth and collect a vehicle from Enterprise, great service by the staff, explained all the paperwork and cost clearly to me, and pointed out how to drop the vehicle off on return. They did the same for the people picking up a vehicle who were in front of me. I will return and do further business. Our car was in great condition with under 10000 klms.
I gave them a second chance… SO wish I hadn’t!!!!!
The cars seem to be really a lot older these days.. On the website they offer certain cars or ‘similar’.. but it was shock that for the prices they want.. for the class of car I booked, I was offered a 2022 SEAT.. Having looked around the inside of the car I was REALLY disappointed it was dirty and scuffed! I’ve hired cars on and off for 9 years from Enterprise and this is why just recently I’ve moved to other hire firms. To be honest I wouldn’t have hired today if this hadn’t been a last minute thing and my preferred company had a car available.
I’ll admit that the lady that served me was eventually quite pleasant and agreed to upgrade me 2 classes for the price of a 1 class upgrade… BUT had the car I had originally ordered been ‘clean’ I wouldn’t have had to upgrade in the first place… and having said that, the car that has been offered as a replacement hasn’t even been returned yet.

J'ai déjà loué chez Enterprise Canada sans problèmes: j'ai donc reloué un véhicule utilitaire à la succursale de Lyon St Exupéry le 25 avril, rendu le 26 avril (24h).
L'employé nous a fait signer sur une tablette la prise en charge du véhicule sans nous faire faire de vérification conjointe de ce véhicule.(Faute professionnelle)
Après le départ nous avons constaté que ce véhicule neuf (16.235kms) avait 2 impacts sur le compteur électrique.
Quand nous avons rendu le véhicule ils nous ont gardé la caution de 500€ car ont dit que nous étions responsables des dommages déjà existants : ce sont des voleurs, entreprise à fuir, surtout la succursale de Lyon St Exupéry !
A FUIRE
Nous sommes tombés en panne à 10km de l'agence de location. 32 téléphones et 5h d'attente au bord de la route avant un dépannage facturé par la suite 2250€.
Il faisant 2 degrés, j'étais avec ma fille enceinte.
Une folie pure, à fuir comme la peste.
Il a fallu une menace d'avocat pour que l'entreprise renonce à me facturer le dépannage, sans aucune excuses de leurs parts.

Would not recommend these crooks in a heartbeat! Pay the hire fees, pay the tolls, get sent an invoice for an already paid toll, will charge you the tolls and citation and forget your exist when queried. Multiple emails sent for clarification and resolution, no response. They just take you for a ride as you’re international and they bank on you not coming after them. Absolutely an unlawful and dishonest enterprise. Enterprize Crew you might want to check emails delivered 03/02/25 with validations and evidence of tolls paid and get back to me. Dishonest, dishonest dishonest.
Steer clear and go to hertz, save yourselves the agony!
Dreadful experience
From the very start of the experience things were poor and just got worse
When I tried to call my local office, the phone message you receive and have to laboriously go through is ridiculously long and totally un-customer friendly
Having finally got through (virtually losing the will to live at one point) I made my request of a medium size van to collect from 3pm the same day. 'No problem' I was told - all booked & sorted I was assured
A few hours later I received a call telling me the vehicle I had requested was not available and a substitute would be made, and the van would be ready from 4pm?!
I had been assured at 9.10am that the vehicle was available and had been booked - suddenly 2 hours later it was not available.........
I called back ( and had to go through the awful options message yet again) with a request that the local branch call to let me know the earliest I would be able to collect the van as 4pm would be a real struggle and give me problems
At 3.40pm I had a call to say the van was ready. I live 20 mins away so didn't really achieve anything! Why didn't they call sooner, they must have had an indication it would be ready earlier.....?
I arrived to collect the vehicle and this was again tedious due to issues with the mobile tablet the guy was using to process the transaction. Then there was an issue with the van not being in the right location on the system ( apparently it was showing as still being in London) and there was no way I could take the van until the correct location was showing - more delay while this was sorted
I was given no instructions on the workings of the vehicle and even had to go back into the office and ask how to start it ( due to the 'stop start' method of ignition)
At this point, I was not running very late and felt I had received pretty poor service right the way through, so I asked for a senior manager to call me. This was Tuesday afternoon, it is now Friday afternoon and guess what..............?
There are so many car rental companies out there - please do not put yourself through this pain - use someone else. I most certainly will.
Poor decisions
We collected our hire car from Adelaide and were served by a very helpful trainee. We expected a Skoda as you advertised and I ordered, at the service counter another customer was collecting his car which he expected a Mazda. He complained that he did not want an MG that your customer service guy advised was replacing the Mazda he ordered, then your customer service guy offered him a Skoda to resolve which he accepted. What has extremely annoyed me is that the Skoda was given to the complaining customer and we got lumbered with the MG. I advised at the time I did not want the MG but advised we had no option. I specifically selected the Skoda for the 3 large suitcase capacity which the MG did not have, secondly I could have ordered an MG at a lower price.
Contacting customer service and advising them of this they simply responded they have the right to supply a similar vehicle if the one I ordered was not available. I responded to this to advise they did not address the issue correctly but no reply.

Comment savoir que je vais rendre le véhicule en retard 24h avant de devoir le rendre ?
Aujourd'hui nous sommes début avril 2025 et je me bats toujours pour récupérer mes 130 €, dépôt de plainte pour escroquerie sera fait dans les prochains jours.
Fuyez cette agence, les avis de particulier sont quasiment tous négatifs, évidemment il ne s'attaque pas ou peu aux assurances ou location professionnelle 🤷
Tricky and bad experience at STT
Enterprise/national/alamo at STT (USVI) airport did not treat us fairly. Their in-person price is 40 dollars higher than online reservation price. So we asked if we can book online. The manager said yes. Then in the middle of my booking, the manager suddenly said "Have you completed? If you book online, I cannot give you a same-day car guarantee", trying to force and threaten us to book with them in-person and pay extra fees. It is tricky so be aware and book in advance.
