Aldrig book hos dem

Dommages abusifs

Ayant loué 4 heures un véhicule Entreprise Rent a Car, et étant restant dans ou a proximité immédiate du véhicule (plein d’essence, toilettes d’autoroute), l’agence de Blois a , en mon absence, relève deux dommages mineurs (rayure sur le coffre arrière, frottement sur tour de roue) que l’agence de Versailles. C’est un abus clair

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE or CARE !!!

If I could rate -0- I would. Made reservation with pick up to coordinate w car accident repair as recommended by Allstate. Specifically reserved a mid size SUV. Was dropped off with an hour to get to an important mtg only to find they cldnt find the reservation & didnt have a mid size SUV. On-site manager had ZERO customer service skills. Young smug woman who cared less & then remarkably despite refused to rent me a car because I had the nerve to express my displeasure. I had to call someone to come & pick me up & delay our repair. Reached out to the Regional Manager asking him to call in 4 emails w/o even the courtesy of a reply. And this is an org that has the nerve to have posters on their walls that say "Putting you first is our first priority"

Enterprise Left My Family Stranded at Midnight – Disgraceful and Unforgivable

I have never experienced such appalling, incompetent and downright irresponsible service from any company in my life.

Months in advance, my wife and I pre-booked a vehicle with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a trip to Brisbane to visit my elderly and very ill mother. We were travelling with our young child and had carefully planned everything to make the trip as smooth as possible.

Enterprise completely destroyed those plans.

On 15 January 2026, we arrived at Brisbane Domestic Airport at around 10:30pm. Our booking confirmation from Enterprise specifically instructed us to collect the car from the International Terminal, even though there is a perfectly good Enterprise pickup point at the Domestic Terminal. Before our flight we tried calling Enterprise at least FIVE times to confirm whether we could change the pickup location. Not a single call was answered.

Assuming the International Terminal instruction was due to our late arrival time, we gathered our exhausted child and all our luggage and paid for a taxi to take us from the Domestic Terminal to the International Terminal.

When we arrived at the Enterprise counter, we were greeted by a sign saying the office was unmanned due to “staff shortages” and that we had to go BACK to the Domestic Terminal to collect our car.

No email.
No text message.
No phone call.
No warning whatsoever.

So once again, late at night with a tired child and a mountain of luggage, we paid for another taxi back to the Domestic Terminal.

By the time we finally got back there – around 11:30pm – the Enterprise office was CLOSED.

Enterprise had literally sent us on a pointless, exhausting, expensive wild goose chase between terminals to offices they couldn’t even be bothered staffing.

We were left stranded near midnight in a city we don’t live in, with a young child and no transport.

Customer service? Non-existent.
The phone number provided in the booking confirmation went unanswered.

No after-hours support.
No emergency assistance.
Nothing.

After all of this, we had no choice but to pay yet another taxi fare into the city to our accommodation and make completely new arrangements for transport the next day at significant additional cost.

When I called Enterprise the following morning, I explained exactly what had happened and demanded an immediate full refund. I was told to send an email to customer service and that someone would contact me promptly.

That was FIVE DAYS AGO.
Not a single phone call.
Not a single email.
Not even a courtesy text message to acknowledge the complaint.

Enterprise left my family stranded at midnight based on false and misleading information, failed to communicate office closures, failed to answer their phones, and have since failed to take any responsibility whatsoever.

As a direct result of their incompetence, I have incurred several hundred dollars in additional taxi fares and the cost of hiring another vehicle at the last minute. More importantly, the delays caused meant I lost precious time visiting my seriously ill mother.

Enterprise’s behaviour has been nothing short of disgraceful.

I am extremely familiar with Australian Consumer Law and consumer guarantees, and I fully intend to pursue this matter to recover every dollar I am owed, along with the additional expenses their negligence has caused.

I will also make sure as many people as possible know exactly how Enterprise treats its customers.

If you value your time, your money, and your family, DO NOT trust Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

They cannot be relied upon when it matters most.

Update:
5 days on and I still have had no reply whatsoever form Enterprise. However I did manage to get hold of one of the managers and was told that the reason I incurred additional cab fares is because of decisions I chose to make and apparently there was a free bus service, therefore, the company is not at fault as a result of what happened.

The incompetence is absolutely astounding, the unprofessional behaviour and lack of any form of customer service is mind-boggling. This company has more care factor towards its customers, it will take your money and then youre on your own when something goes wrong.

Faulty/unsafe vehicle given

I was handed a vehicle in an unsafe condition something that should never happen. I immediately contacted the depot where I collected the car to report a serious safety issue. The advice I was given was utterly useless and showed a complete lack of concern for my safety.

When I called back to request compensation, I was insultingly offered just £50 off. For a genuine safety risk, this was unacceptable. At minimum, half of the rental should have been considered.

Days later, a manager contacted me and dismissively claimed there was “nothing wrong” with the vehicle, despite me providing clear photographic evidence. They showed no interest in listening, investigating properly, or taking responsibility.

I escalated this all the way to the CEO and was told someone would be in touch. Two weeks have now passed with absolutely no contact. The silence speaks volumes.

This entire experience has been appalling, disgusting, and deeply disappointing especially after being a loyal customer for many years. The complete disregard for customer safety and basic decency has ensured I will never use this company again.

Scam Company! Don't ever use them!!!

SUCH AN INEFFICIENT, CLUELESS, UNORGANISED COMPANY that I will never use again. Drivalia and Sixt are x100 times better. TRUST ME, AVOID ENTERPRISE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I made a car booking with a debit card online, Enterprise phoned me back and said they only accept same day bookings without a credit card and I will receive a refund within 10 days. That was over 40 days ago and Im still waiting. They said every time I phone asking why I have nt received my money they will add another 10 working days to the wait! They said that the issue is being sorted out in USA even though the booking was in the UK.
Absolutely uselass. Never again!

Worst service ever Montauban and Brive

Worst service ever! Very unpolite and not cooperative at all. Two times Axa told us their was a replacement car available at Montauban and Brive but finally arriving there no car was available. We were sent out without being helped nor excused. Being dropped in the rain and not even helped; even their reservations did not correspond with their system!!! In short bad service and bad company; arnaque!

Cullman Enterprise Sucks

I Think it's a terrible thing to be done with reservations and confirmation of rental and I have a funeral to go to, and they come up with a $300 deposit once you get there. Totally unacceptable and there just totally a unattached company when it comes to customers and the way they treat them. Customers first we care is CRAP FULL OF BIG PILE.!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING WE WILL BE REVIEWING YOUR STORE IN CULLMAN ON EVERY SITE. 10-

I would give zero !
Most horrible experience!!. they took my money and cancelled my car without notifying me .
I made the booking through Expedia to pick up a car in Madrid . When I arrived at the pick up location, I was told that the car was cancelled as I was not present within 2 hours of pick up time.
As a matter of fact , I was present there - with my family and bags …waiting in a long queue…. Which was being served by a single person .

No courtesy whatsoever, they just took my money and gave the car to someone else.

I would never ever book a car with them .

Visited the Collin st location and despite self checking in and having a booking, we waited in line for over an hour only to find out that there was no available cars. While waiting outside, we noticed that cars didn’t really get cleaned after getting dropped off. Overall, I would avoid this car rental service if you’re looking for efficiency. Worst experience ever!!!!

Completely dishonest

Completely dishonest. Insurance funded courtesy car. Promised a 7 seater, delivered a 5 seater promised to swap it next day. wouldnt answer phone. Kingsbury branch. eventually got through told again no 7 seater available. friend rang and asked for 7 seater was told to come in by 1 as have available

Booked the car months before needing it…

Booked the car months before needing it and paid in full only to be told 2 days before I was due to pick it up, they requires another£500 on a credit card!! Already paid nearly £800! Told it was in the fine print! £500 should be at the top of the print since o dont have a credit card! That's our Christmas holiday now ruined as have no car to use to get to where we were booked in.
Terrible customer service, wouldn't use them steering clear!

AVOID

Forget if you want a refund. Been waiting over a MONTH!! Confirmed a full refund via phone but no cancellation emails sent to confirm and now no one answers the phone or emails. Customer service is shocking. I'm avoiding this company from now on, having to raise a dispute with my bank. So so poor for a huge corporation

A éviter absolument

A éviter absolument : arnaque à touristes. A l'arrivée, on vous demande une carte de crédit au nom du conducteur. Nous avions une carte de débit au nom du conducteur. J'ai demandé à ajouter un conducteur car le deuxième conducteur avait une carte de crédit. Impossible d'ajouter un nom soi disant. La seule solution proposée : PAYER PAYER PAYER (ajouter une assurance pour 217 euros soit 160% du montant de la location). Un vrai délire ! Je ne comprends pas que ce genre d'arnaque existe encore aujourd'hui. L'agence Enterprise de l'aéroport de Dubrovnik est associé avec National et ALAMO, c'est le même gérant donc à éviter également.

E Enterprise in Guildford and Accrington is hands down the most dishonest, money-grabbing, disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with.

They tried every trick in the book to take extra money from me — charging for an extra day I DIDN’T use, even though I clearly paid for 24 hours. Then comes the fuel scam: I paid upfront for a full tank based on THEIR promise I’d get the unused amount back. After endless chasing, empty promises, and blatant lies, they still refused to refund a single penny.

A month later, when I finally went to the branch in person, they didn’t apologise — they didn’t even pretend to care. They just coldly told me I would NOT be getting my money back, as if scamming customers is their normal business practice.

This company has zero integrity, zero professionalism, and absolutely zero respect for customers. Their behaviour is deceitful, their communication is manipulative, and the entire experience feels like a setup designed to squeeze every last pound out of you.

I have never experienced a company so shamelessly committed to ripping customers off.
If you value your money, sanity, or basic human decency — stay far, FAR away from E Enterprise in Guildford or Accrington.

Avoid this place like a plague.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. These guys steal your deposit/money. Promised refund for a rental that the branch screwed up. No refund. Two weeks later went in and they said it had been approved by them ‘shrug of shoulders’. Called customer service…’lots of apologies, you’ll get it in 7-10 days’. No refund…. Emailed enterprise with booking ref….no reply. Called again today, 5 weeks after booking….apparently a ‘glitch’ may have caused it, escalated to ‘2nd level’ for investigation. No guarantee of any resolution. Do NOT reply on here saying you’re sorry this happened and to get in touch with customer service….because I’ve done that 3 times already. Use Europcar instead. MUCH easier to deal with, a branch that doesn’t say ‘we can’t do anything’. Unfortunately centralised systems seems to mean that branch staff are no more than window dressing with the power to do absolutely nothing to sort any issues
