Lejede bil via Norwegian gennem Interprise-guerin i Faro./ Portugal. Vi havde meddelt sen ankomst og oplyst flightnummer. Da vi lidt over midnat kom frem til udlejningsfirmaet blev vi mødt af en utrolig langsom handling og da vi langt om længe kom til blev vi mødt af et krav på 53,85 eur da de jo måtte arbejde efter midnat. Yderligere tilkom 9 eur for at håndtere motorvejs bizzen som registrerede kørselsafgift på motorvejen på Algarvekysten (gebyret var dyrere end selve afgiften) samtidig låste de 2118 eur fast på mit mastercard selvom der gennem Allianze var tegnet selvrisikoforsikring.. En billig billeje blev til en dyr fornøjelse. Jeg troede de værste biludlejningsfirmaer fandtes i Spanien, men må konstatere at Portugal følger godt med.

Booked this company because we had used them last year and had been extremely satisfied however on arrival at Malaga airport and going straight to the car rental area the queue for Enterprise was almost to the end of the room with only 1 agent taking 20 mins to serve each customer. Unfortunately had booked with a company called rentalcars.com and prepaid for the car, we decided not to wait in the 2hour queue and walk straight to the counter next to us and walked away in 5 mins with a car but I'm not getting any of money back from enterprise even though I didn't get a car. On complaining and sending pictures to them, their answer was they didn't know how many walk bys they get, trust me no one was gonna queue to pick up a car if they hadn't already paid for it they would walk on by. So just as a warning they don't put enough staff on and don't care if you then have to queue for 2 hours to collect a car.

We have used Enterprise in the UK over the past 12 years and just completed another weekend hire from Crewe. The staff were so helpfull and friendly it was a pleasure to use them again. Good value, excellent vehicle and fantastic staff. Thank you
