Informacje dotyczące firmy

Napisane przez firmę

Energy Systems Central is a US based online retailer specialising in home and light commercial power solutions. We supply generators, solar equipment, battery storage systems, inverters, and related energy products for homeowners, contractors, and installers across the United States. We work directly with approved manufacturers and authorised distributors. Orders are shipped straight from the supplier to the customer, which helps ensure products are genuine, handled correctly, and delivered as efficiently as possible. We do not sell used, refurbished, or grey-market equipment, and we don’t operate as a marketplace filled with random third-party sellers. What you see on our site is exactly what you get. Our approach is simple and practical. We focus on clear product information, transparent pricing, and realistic delivery expectations. Energy equipment is not something people buy casually, so we take the time to explain specifications, compatibility, and use cases properly, without exaggeration or pressure tactics. Most of our customers come to us because they want reliable equipment and straight answers before spending serious money. That includes homeowners preparing for outages, people upgrading off-grid systems, and installers sourcing equipment for real jobs, not experiments. We prioritise long-term trust over short-term sales. That means no hype, no bait pricing, and no cutting corners. When the power goes out, the equipment needs to work. Our job is to make sure customers feel confident about what they’re buying and who they’re buying it from. Simple, honest service, done properly.

FRAUD!

Placed and paid for a $13K+ order. Delivery date passed. Tried to check on order. No responses to emails. Nobody answering phones. Via email I threatened to file a dispute with my CC company and then received a note stating my order was unilaterally cancelled and my money is being held by their nerchant provider. Then when I filed the CC dispute Energy Systems bald face lied and stated I cancelled my order. This is all documented in writing. Now I have to invest the time and energy into getting my money refunded. I believe this facility is a scam! AVOID!!!

Lack of Responsiveness Raises Concerns About Future Support and Reliability

I am currently in the market for an Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) system and have been researching this specific product. While I initially received a few written responses, communication has stalled entirely.

I am a serious, ready-to-buy customer with specific technical questions that must be addressed before I can finalize my decision. Over the past month, I have left approximately three voicemails—two of which were in the last week—requesting a callback to speak with a sales representative. To date, those requests have gone completely unanswered.

This lack of direct communication has made it impossible for me to feel secure in a purchase. When investing in a new technology like an AWG system, professional support is paramount. Because the company has failed to provide basic pre-sales service, I have no confidence that they would be responsive or capable of providing the necessary support should an issue arise or if the unit requires maintenance post-purchase.
Given their current market position, I expected a higher standard of representation. If an alternative vendor offered a comparable product, I would certainly prioritize them. As it stands, I cannot recommend this company due to their inaccessible support team.

Altitude T12 water generator

Very responsive folk, explained which system would be most suitable for me so I decided on the Altitude T12 atmospheric water generator. Received helpful support as it’s a big decision investing in this for me.
