We commissioned them to construct a cantilever solar carport with 12 pv panels to operate alongside our existing 5panel system. Process got delayed as a consequence of the steel part of the structure which was built in China being stuck in the Gulf of Hormuz but we were kept informed of progress and once delivered to Ireland the structure was erected commissioned and was fully operational in 2 weeks. Staff in office and on site were friendly helpful and well coordinated. All operating smoothly so far. Would recommend them.

My experience with EnergyServ was incredibly stressful from start to finish. While the system is finally on the roof and working, the treatment I received as a customer was completely unacceptable:

1. Incomplete Work: They initially installed only some of the total agreed-upon panels then refused to discuss the reasons why, demanding close to full payment.
2. Malfunctioning Equipment: When I refused to pay for an incomplete job, my inverter suspiciously began disabling itself.
3. Intimidation: During the dispute, management threatened me with debt collection, threatened to void my warranties, and even had personnel enter my property without my permission.
4. Grant Paperwork Delays: After citing consumer law to get the physical installation finished, I paid the final balance. They immediately ghosted me for a few weeks and only processed my SEAI grant paperwork after further legal threats.

All in all, it took about six months to resolve everything from initial incomplete installation to recieving the grant application documents.

I was taken aback by how hostile I was treated for attempting to be treated fairly after EnergyServ failed to deliver what was promised. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

I had my initial Sigenergy system installed by EnergyServ in Dec 24, 20 panels, optimisers and 16 kWh of batteries. Then in April they came back to install another 10 panels and another 8 kWh battery. Then in Oct they installed another two batteries and EV DC charger.

As you can see I have used their services 3 times over the last year. I am extremely happy with their work and can highly recommend their services.

Had 24 panels and a 10kW battery installed by EnergyServ and from first contact they have been efficient, prompt and really helpful to deal with. The whole team were pleasant, really know their stuff and the job was completed in a day in a very neat and tidy manner. A small issue with the car charger was deal with promptly. The kit all works seamlessly and watching the power come via the app in on a sunny day is better than watching TV! Roll on zero bills. Thanks EnergyServ.

When the team came they were helpful ; hardworking ; neat and Knowledgable . Delighted with the Solar panels and they were working the day they were installed. Guess what, we got 12 panels installed along with a battery system. The team was punctual and left everything tidy. Monitoring energy on the app is awesome!

Looking back now, the service we got was just top-notch. We had 14 panels with a 5kW battery installed. They arrived on time, handled everything like pros, and even cleaned up after themselves. One thing I realized was how handy the energy app is—it’s so cool seeing daily usage! From my perspective, it’s the best decision we made for saving on bills. TY for everything! 🙌

Let me tell you, we recently got 15 panels and a battery installed. The guys were on time, polite, and made no mess. NGL, watching energy usage drop is exciting! They even showed us how to check it all on the app. If I had to describe it, it’s a smooth setup overall.

In my opinion, the crew did an amazingg job. From installation to explaining the app, it was seamless. Already noticing energy savings. TY guys! 👍
