I'm really happy that I found Encharge when I did. I remember when I first purchased it that I was excited about the ease of being able to set up Auto responders for my lead capture page. It wasn't until I dived into the platform more that I realized with all the integrations available for this it really opened me up to what I can do as far as an email platform. I'm really excited about testing out the built-in integration with Facebook to allow me to automatically assign and reassign email subscribers to remarketing campaigns. At first it was a little confusing for me as far as how to utilize the flow end of the platform, but that soon became quite easy once you get the basic logical layout of it. I would recommend this to any of my friends.

I've been trying this software for a few weeks now.
I was surprised by the ease of use and above all the many integrations it supports.
The presence of webhooks and the possibility of integrating tracking within the site facilitates their integration.
Although very young, it can very well compete with the most renowned competitors.
The assistance answered my requests in a precise and professional way and also suggests some videos to watch to best configure the product.
The ability to build flows simplifies the work in a simple way.

After using different email automation tools I came to a point that there are limitations. Most limitations were due to the fact that there was a lack of integration with other parties. Therefore I looked further and found Encharge.io. I have been using it now for some time and there is still so much more to discover.

Transparency: With the roadmap that is shown you see all the potentials that are still coming and which ones are already in development. Great to see and already to adapt your workflow around this
Great support: Quick and full support whenever you need.
Great community: You see in the FB group that people are helping each other and suggest future updates. Encharge also listens to this community and interacts.
The flow builder: The flow builder is easy to use and compared to others it works more or less the same but has some extra features and details you can add. Also the automated arrangement is great, especially when you made a real spaghetti of your automation haha.
Tag manager: To see who is interested in what and who is ready for making a sale (potentially) the tag manager function is great. You have the ability to segment people so precisely. This is also because people can have the same tag on one field but do not persee having them on another field.
Still building: Encharge is still relatively new. They already have great integrations and are also building more. Also with features that still can be added, some are already in the list of future plans others not. But as said before with the fact that they listen to the community; great potential will happen.

Overall, I am blown away by Encharge.io and see the future potential of it. Great communication and community is a big plus. Also compared to competitors you see that the market presence is not that high yet but the functionalities are already enormous beating most of the competitors. Especially compared with the pricing.

Encharge is the software I was looking for for years; what I like best about Encharge is its ease of use! You can choose several settings and do a lot of automation just with few clicks. Encharge replaces different software that I was previously using to send targeted emails to my users. With Encharge, I can do automation based on the actions of my users and thus send personalized and targeted emails only to interested people. The coolest thing about Encharge is the ability to integrate pretty much anything, even custom options, thanks to webhooks and native integrations with third-party apps. Instead, the only thing that could improve about Encharge is their business model; I would have preferred instead of having a cost based on users, have a cost based on emails because it is very limiting if you do not send many emails per month. So I recommend encharge if you rely on emails sent and not much on the number of the users, 10/10 will buy again.

Very easy to use and simplified dashboard . I had issue with another autorsponder on detecting the bounces correctly, but no more with encharge.io....

Coming from building chatbots, Encharge has been the most seamless onboarding and transition I've done in a minute. The over user experience is very polished and creating flows based on user actions, tags, leads, or whatever you choose is flawless. The visual builder is the big standout here - there's something about being able to have a high level view of the structure of your campaigns. Encharge's platform has been well thought out, support is very responsive, and it appears they have a lot more updates to ship and I can't wait. Highly recommended!

It is a mobile tool that other tools do not do well, it is worth tracking, I really like it.

Encharge is now, and will be in the foreseeable future, my automation tool of choice for my business. I was tired of ActiveCampaign rising prices and not adapting to what I really needed. It's got a clean, simple and beautiful interface. Everything is in its expected place and the learning curve is little to none. It is even easier to create my flows to ensure everything goes the way I want. Importing contacts was a breeze, and I barely needed help in most of the tasks. Encharge will surely boost my business... at a reasonable price. Coming from other more complicated services, that's a big plus, because I'm not missing any function. Perhaps it was a little underdeveloped in the beginning, and the knowledge base missed some minor stuff, but it's growing and becoming better. Nice app over all!

I was looking for a more powerful autoresponder email service. I was previously using Aweber and it just didn't have the features I was looking for such as event based automation.

I signed up and started working on a flow that was for my lead magnet optin and found it very intuitive and easy to use without many directions. The web hooks worked flawlessly. After a few hours, I had all my email flows moved over and ready to turn on.

Did a few tests and everything was working as should.

Can't wait to really add some more advanced conditions to our email marketing as a result of this.

Encharge has a very clean interface and a dashboard that makes it easy to navigate and learn. Automation capabilities are robust and capable with all new Visual Flow Automations Builder helping you clearly see how your automation will work. Compared to other solutions like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, I found Encharge more intuitive and simpler. I love that the software and the many different template options are available for mailings. I also like being able to easily change fonts, colors, backgrounds, and layouts. One of the best things here is it comes with a built-in email Verification feature.

Overall, this is a great platform for CRM, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing for a great price! Encharge has a very flexible pricing plan, where you only pay for as many contacts as you use (there is a price for 2000, 5000, 10000, 15000 and so on!) Choose Encharge after comparing with other tools like MailerLite, MailChimp, ActiveCampasign, etc. I really recommend it.

I know segmenting email marketing lists can lead to higher open and clickthrough rates. However, setting up the best-automated processes for segmenting email marketing lists can be challenging. So, I was looking for an easy way, and Encharge has been perfect.

It's easy and intuitive to set up automation flows with behavior-based segmentations thanks to a great UI. Also, I can set up A/B testing with ease.

Encharge has many integrations, but you can use Send/Receive Webhook feature even if there is no integration for specific applications. For example, I could connect Kadence Blocks' form on my WordPress website to Encharge quickly with Webhook.

Moreover, it's not only for email marketing. For example, I can create Facebook audiences with Encharge's automation and behavior-based segmentation. Encharge can automatically generate and append email links with UTM tags for tracking. There is so much usage in Encharge!

Encharge doesn't have a deep e-commerce integration for now. But I believe Encharge can surpass others like Klaviyo if they launch deep integration with e-commerce.

We feel so lucky that we found Encharge.io, it is most definitely a game-changer for our business that relies on email campaigns for lead generation. It creates personalized messages and schedules and sends out great marketing campaigns. We can do A/B tests for optimal performance, track the effectiveness of our emails. It’s all here in one package. When clients respond we can connect them straight to a chatbot or lots of other options to keep them coming back. Most important of all it is a user-friendly marketing tool that we cannot do without. Great job!

I am happy use this email marketing automation where it is easy to create nice newsletters (for an ecommerce shop in my case, I find their HTML editor specially good for ecommerce templates), plus it offers complete email "triggered" sequences and welcome series with the option to trigger when the potential customers follow certain action (for example visiting a landing page). And also I think that they are fully GDPR compliant without having to communicate international transfers of data as they are in the EU. So for me it is a solid tool that does well its work, and it is friendly to use.

I love Encharge. It's a powerful tool and easy to use at the same time.

This is a really interesting platform for email thats quickly developing into something great. It's almost as if you can feel the momentum of the developers and their vision for it being a leading contender alongside Active Campaign, Klaviyo etc...

Their support and communication is very strong, fast, clear and helpful also with an active Facebook group which is also growing fast.

My only negative at the moment is there is NO Woocommerce integration which is a deal breaker for a lot of people and certainly makes it challenging however its the highest rated feature request in their roadmap so I doubt they can ignore it much longer. What I do know is when thats released, it will be a game changer and people will be piling into this platform.
