I recived the new Meter kit with test…
I recived the new Meter kit with test strips and prickers and having read the use leaflet i find I cannot use it without setting it up with testing fluid which isn't in the kit, nor can I find it on their website.

The control solution is a special liquid to test whether your glucometer and test strips are working properly.
However, we tested our test strips right after production.
You may skip that step and use the blood glucose meter directly, please rest assured.
If there is any problem when you use the glucometer, you can contact us directly, we are glad to help you resolve it.

Tout a fonctionné miraculeusement. Mais attention cette entreprise n’affiche pas de délai de livraison. Donc vous ne savez jamais quand est-ce que votre colis vous arrivera. Son délai de livraison est beaucoup plus long que d’autres vendeur du même produit.

Las tiras de medición me han tardado en llegar 17 días desde que las pedí el 30/03/2024. Me han llegado hoy 16/04/2024. Demasiada demora en el envío para un producto tan necesario.
