Don’t count on what they promise in the booking.
When we got to the port to get off we were told we had to walk or take a shuttle to the app rideshare area. One of the reasons I used your service instead of Lyft or Uber was because I was trying to avoid having to go down to the rideshare area since we had a person in a wheel chair and another elderly woman who has a hard time walking. Also when we got to the area instead of 2 minivans as promised there was a small and large SUV. We got everyone in barely. I’m going to make sure in my review that people know going in that they cannot count on what you say in the booking.
Response: You responded that we had booked sedan cars. In our reservation it said Toyota sienna or similar sedan cars. In the US siennas are large minivans. When I saw the sienna listing that meant minivan to me. So the problem we stemmed from your system not knowing that siennas were minivans. Also the same problem as above applies that we had to go to the ride share app pick up. Walking there we passed several other cars that were much closer to the disembarkation area. If we had known that we would have to go to the ride share area we would have just booked an Uber or Lyft because it would have been cheaper.

Une belle prestation. Chauffeur très pro !
Nous revenons de notre voyage de Malte. Très bon chauffeur, calme, gentil et très courtois ( et même guide touristique 👍) . Nous avons eu le même chauffeur à l'aller et au retour. Le chauffeur était à chaque fois à l'heure. 40 mins de route à l'aller et de même au retour en toute sécurité dans un véhicule spacieux et propre. Nous voyageons avec notre fille de 2 ans et demi qui a profité du transport pour faire une petite sieste. Le siège auto était adapté et de bonne qualité.
Première fois et très satisfait.

Our driver in Bali was amazing
Our driver in Bali was amazing. He stayed waiting for us even when there was a huge delay in waiting for luggage. He kept in contact on whatsApp and was there waiting for us when we finally cleared customs. We tipped him only a little, mostly because of my ignorance of the local currency. But he was patient and polite all the time. Thank you so much!

Everething was great
Everething was great. The site was realy helpfull, all explanation were clear and we quickly found the meeting point at the airport (may be you should note more eleboratly that the point is outside the arriving hall and not in it). On the depaarter day the driver arrived even 10 min before the time, the service was attentive and generouse. The vehicle was very comfotrable, we have realy pleasant trip both from the airport and back!

Terrible service!
Transfer from Makadi Bay hotel to Hurghada airport. Booking INT-3046643. The driver behaved inappropriately, perhaps he was drugged or did not sleep for several days. The driver was very nervously interested in how much we paid for the transfer, then he took a voucher and started converting the transfer amount into euros while driving. At the entrance to Hurghada, the driver stopped in an incomprehensible dark place, saying that he needed to get out for a minute. After getting out of the car, he went inside a dark building and started talking to unknown people in the dark. We feared for our lives on this trip. After I wrote my review on intui.travel and talked about this terrible trip, the site administrators removed my review so that potential customers would not be afraid to do business with them.
Avoid this provider. He also lies on his website that he has a 4.5 on trustpilot.com rating. Nothing like that, a complete lie.
UPD: After investigation was initiated on March, 20th Egyptian driver contacted me via WhatsApp. He named me "the dirty man" and wished me to "Go to hell".
"Astonishing" service from intui.travel!!!

Booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui.travel website, the client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions document.
The full version of the User Agreement is available on the website.
According to paragraphs 11.2. and 11.3. the Terms and Conditions:
“11.2. All the complaints should be forwarded in a written form within 20 days since the date of the return transfer (or since the date of your transfer, if there was only one transfer segment in your Order).
11.3. We have the right to ask you for an additional information regarding the subject of your complaint and regarding the confirmation of measures you took in accordance with the instruction of the voucher.
Intui.travel has the right to refuse in accepting the claim and the claims can not be taken to further process in the cases below:
11.4. Claims are sent by you later than the deadline specified in clause 11.2. or without the evidence specified in clause 11.1."
We have checked all the information about booking INT-3046643.
On the 21th of February 2023, you left us feedback on the 1st segment transfer of INT-3046643 on the website.
We immediately responded to your feedback. We have requested additional information from you in order to understand the incident and reasonably ask for explanations from the carrier.

We used them last year and they were there at airport correct time very mannerly. They pick us up from hotel to bring us to airport he was 10 mins later than agreed time BUT I got a text to tell me he was running 10 minute late which was fine cause we had plenty of time but i was impressed with the text

Oggi, 31 gennaio siamo stati rimborsati per la mancata prestazione.
Ma è inutile che mi chiediate di togliere la recensione negativa, perché l'esperienza rimane negativa. Non ho trovato il servizio per il quale la vostra società si propone di prestare... E poco importa che abbiate fatto reclamo; a me poco importa. A me e alla mia famiglia ha dato fastidio che all'aeroporto non c'era nessuno a prelevarci. Quando abbiamo utilizzato altre società, abbiamo sempre ottenuto regolarmente il servizio. Con voi non lo abbiamo ottenuto e la recensione rimane negativa in assoluto.
..... Ho prenotato un trasferimento andata e ritorno dall'aeroporto di Mauritius all'hotel e NON si è presentato nessuno.
In aeroporto ho fatto chiamare il numero di assistenza del trasportatore locale, fornito in caso ci fossero problemi e hanno risposto che non avevano nessuna prenotazione.
Non solo dopo aver fatto presente a INTUI che nessuno si era presentato all'aeroporto e neppure all'hotel il giorno del ritorno, l'agenzia INTUI mi chiedeva lo screenshot delle chiamate..... Chiedono a me il motivo per il quale non si sono presentati all'aeroporto a prelevarci; sono io che chiedo a loro perchè non si sono presentati. In tanti anni di voli non mi era mai capitata una esperienza di questo tipo. Immaginate il disagio dopo 11 ore di volo quando non trovate nessuno ad accogliervi per il trasporto.
Chiedere al cliente che non ha ricevuto il servizio, di produrre le prove per fare reclamo è una cosa insensata. Che prove puoi produrre se NON SONO VENUTI A PRENDERTI? Siete Voi che dovete produrre al cliente le motivazioni e le prove che non sono venuti a prenderci.
31/01/2023: oggi ci hanno rimborsato la cifra pagata per la prestazione che non abbiamo ottenuto; almeno qualcosa di positivo.

Inflate Prices After Booking
Booked a transfer via website from Ravenna Port to Bologna Airport.
About half an hour after booking, was sent an email stating my transfer had been cancelled with no explanation.
I sent an email asking for an explanation and the reason they gave was that the taxi company had no vehicles in the area for my dates!!
I then went back on their website and they had virtually doubled the price of the transfer.
This company is deceiving customers by providing a competitive price online then inflating the prices.
Don't use this company they are not trustworthy.
