Malgré une compatibilité inscrite sur leur site de la dalle d'écran avec mon ordinateur, l'écran n'est pas compatible.( La faute est donc de leur côté. ) Ils ne veulent pas effectuer de remboursement, ni payer les frais d'expédition retour. Marchand à éviter il y a bien mieux ailleurs.

I needed to replace the keyboard module in my Zenbook laptop and this was one of the very few stores worldwide that had the piece I needed. Shipping was superfast and I am writing right now, 24 hrs later placing my order, with my new, functioning keyboard. Just hope it keeps working with time. Only point to improve: make available cheaper delivery methods for clients willing to receive goods a few days later and not just immediately.

I bought an LCD Panel and it stopped working within 5 months, showing only vertical lines across the screen. I sent a picture of it to support asking why this was happening and they told me to simply fill the return form, giving me no extra details. I gathered all the information needed to fill the form but the page for returns doesn't work (it doesn't let you send the form and doesn't give any information as to why). I sent another email asking why the website wasn't working, and then they told me that upon looking back at my order they couldn't give me any support because the LCD Panel was out of warranty. Then why did you make me waste my time trying to send this return form if from the start I had mentioned the date of purchase and you still told me to fill the form?? If you weren't going to help me you could have just said so from the start.

This is honestly the worst tech store I have ever encountered, an LCD Panel is not supposed to stop working in 5 months. This LCD Panel was 140 euros. They sell malfunctioning parts and take no responsibility for it. A waste of time and money and no respect for their customers

J'ai reçu des écouteurs défectueux le service client est compliqué à contacter, arrogant et inexistant, je ne conseille vraiment pas. J'ai dû payer le retour et ils m'ont renvoyé des écouteurs qui ne marchaient pas non plus, et un 2ème retour n'était pas possible, lorsque j'ai suggéré qu'ils se sont trompés lors du renvois de la marchandise très poliment la personne du mail a été très arrogante, et lorsque je lis les autres avis c'est quelque chose qui est très souvent mentionné, mais forcément que les avis positifs sont affichés sur leur site. Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce site internet ils veulent juste votre argent aucun support SAV. J'ai de la chance que le téléphone n'est pas défectueux.

Rien à redire pour cette boutique, commande passée récemment pour un smartphone haut de gamme, commande validée et expédiée dès le lendemain et reçue deux jours plus tard sans encombres. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander là bas si j'en trouve le besoin . Je ne peux que recommander

Terrible customer service, sent the wrong parts, refused to correct the issue, then refused to replace a part under warranty. Stay away.

The main point: customer service are courteous and professional, but very very unhelpful (in some regards). I bought a new battery for a customer's device. The website said it would be 2-4 weeks. 4weeks passed, no update on the website: "order processing". The replied to say they still hadn't arrived, give it another 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass: "order processing". Another email. "It will be with you in two weeks." In total I waited over 2 months for the battery to arrive, all the while reassuring my customer that it would be "another 2 weeks," and looking like a total moron.

That being said, and angry (now happy) customer aside, when the parts did ship, they arrived quickly (though I only knew that they had shipped due to FedEx, and not their website). The parts themselves ARE official Asus components. Battery life on the customer's laptop went from 4h to over 10h.

The main issue I have is not the length of time taken, if they had told me it would be over 2 months, I would have passed that info on to my customer, so that HE can make the choice whether to wait, or go somewhere else/ get a new laptop. Instead I feel like I have strung him along for months, for which I have apologised profusely and given him a discount for being so patient.

As for the website, it's temperamental at best. I had to request 2 password resets, despite writing the password down both times. The reset link also didn't work, and had to request by email. Once an order is placed there is no cancel button, or way to alter the order (I suspect you would also have to do this through email). Finding the actual parts is fine, as long as you have the machine's model number.

They do however answer emails very quickly (within a day, two at most, outside weekends) and are (mostly) helpful.

Overall, I can say that the company IS legit, the parts ARE legit, they ship quickly and the staff are (mostly) helpful. But I can also say that it can be slow as hell, frustrating, and the website is terrible.

Buy using PayPal! I was considering cancelling the order over email, and if not filing a dispute literally two days before it arrived.

If the team is reading this, and I suspect they will know who wrote it based on the contents of my repeated emails, I feel this review is fair. If you can't tell who this is, then that is even more problematic.
You need to do a better job of ACCURATELY announcing expected delivery windows, need to make the delay message on the website at checkout clearer (I almost missed it), and if you don't know when the parts will be in, give a wide estimate or SAY YOU DON'T KNOW, so that we can pass that information onto OUR customers.

I dislike sending follow up emails, or hassling support (god knows I didn't get paid enough when I used to do it), but everything I said in this review is reasonable.

I would buy from them again, but when my customers ask when the parts will be in, I will tell them "I don't know," and maybe show them this review.

Suite à un achat sur ce site (casque gamer) j’envoie un message au SAV en leurs expliquant bien qu’en débranchant la prise jack celle-ci est restée dans la manette et le bout du fil dans ma main pour eux ceci est normal et ne fonctionne pas pour la garantie je trouve ça vraiment pas normal après seulement 3 utilisations j’ai un casque audio banale depuis plusieurs années et je n’ai jamais eu de problème pour un casque à 99€ c’est vraiment pas sérieux je ne recommande pas du tout ce site qui se fiche de ses clients

Ok so my old asus laptop had a completely dead keyboard and a fan with broken bearings. I didn't want to spend 500 to get everything fixed because well I'm a cheapskate. This was the only website I found which sold the exact keyboard I needed for an X510UA, however I was very nervous because of the reviews on here and the fact that they used fedex as the courier.
Everything was dispatched very quickly and fedex was regularly updating the shipping information until Sunday evening, when it suddenly all went silent despite the tracking saying the parcel was due on Monday evening. It didn't arrive Monday as scheduled and I braced myself for the worse as Fedex reviews tell tales of people's parcels being delayed and then lost completely. However to my pleasant surprise the parts did end up arriving early Tuesday afternoon. Took everything apart and put it back together and laptop boots up fine, only thing is I did order the backlit keyboard as this is what I had originally and the leds don't work but really not an issue to me as I was probably at fault when reattaching everything. Finally have a working laptop again after many many months - feels good :,)

Je devais remplacer le ventilo de mon portable asus. Une video You T me permettait de voir le demontage semblant accessible. Je fais une commande sur accessoires asus et ne commande que le ventilo , avant de constater que le groupe de refroidissement complet avec le caloduc et radiateur etait au meme prix.
Contact pris avec le SAV , qui me demande le N° serie de mon Pc. Il m adresse ensuite la reference du bloc. j annule ma premiere commande et la renouvelle avec la nouvelle reference. Annulation et remboursement ultra rapides. validation et expedition de la nouvelle commande dans la foulée.resultat : 1ere commande effectuée le 21/03 vers 11h00 , la seconde vers 12h30. Materiel reçu le 22/03 à 12h30 ! avec TNT express. Je suis conquis et stupefait par la qualité et la rapidité de leurs services. facilité de communication, d annulation et de remboursement, une reactivité jamais rencontrée ! un seul mot : WAHOU !!!

Mauvais câble reçu pour un chargeur achetée. Le service client m'a répondus en moins d'une heure m'informant l'envoie du bon câble dans la journée.

Made the mistake of not immediately opening the package, since I didn't have time for the repairs right away.

Long story short: It was the wrong item but I didn't complain in time. Customer service almost became condescending when asked for a solution on the basis of goodwill.

Bonus: This might not be related in any way and just be a weird coincidence, but if anyone has a similar experience after dealing with this company, it could be of interest. After the discourse and having deleted my account, I received a phishing email from a french "bank" addressing me in my native language.

First of all, the item was sent with FedEx to Denmark. FedEx in Denmark is the most incompetent courrier company in Denmark. Look them up on Trustpilot. I wish I did. They screwed up everything, and I had to spend a day traveling to one of the only five national pick up points. And when I got home, it wasn't the correct item the Accessoires ASUS sent me. I wasted a day waiting for FedEx's no-show, another day traveling to pick up the parcel, and then was sent a wrong item. You should avoid this company.

Compré una pantalla, nunca me llegó y al mes cuando solicité la devolución de mi dinero me cobraron 28€ de portes! Me cobran portes de algo que no me ha llegado! Son unos impresentables.
Me fié de este sitio porque parecía una tienda oficial de ASUS o algo así y de eso nada, al final compre la pantalla en otro sitio por la mitad de precio y la tenía en casa en un par de días. No compréis aquí!

pour résumé :
1 clip cover (une protection pour téléphone) de la marque ASUS dont les 2 encoches du bas se sont fissurées.
je prends l'initiative d'envoyer les photos.

pour ASUS : pas de discussion. VOUS les avez cassés et il n'entre pas dans le cadre d'une quelconque garantie. Fin de la discussion.

pour MOI : les encoches présentent un défaut de conception ou un problème dans les matériaux utilisés. Je ne les ais pas cassées. Elles rentrent dans le cadre d'un vice caché.

pour ASUS : tous dommages causés par l'utilisation du client final a pour conséquence une exclusion de garantie*

pour MOI : je viens pas "pleurer" pour un clip cover à 12eur50... Mais parce qu'il y a une vraie injustice sur un produit défectueux. J'ai 3 PC ASUS et 2 téléphones mobiles de la marque.... Forcément, ça remet sérieusement en cause la volonté d'acheter encore chez "eux", quand on voit comment il considère les clients !!
