Emoov did everything I wanted from them and nothing that I didn't want! Amazing value for money, if you want to do your own viewings and "sales progression". I sold the flat 6 days after it went on the market, for the asking price. Personally I find it a big advantage to be in direct contact with buyers throughout the process. And my buyers really appreciated it too.

Clear & easy to load & list. Managing the viewings yourself is straightforward. If we ever need to would definitely use this service again.

My property was on the market with a good quality high street agent for 2 years & the price brought down several times.

I put my property on with emoov for a higher asking price (when prices had come down) & in a less favourable market.

The response from doing my own write up, instructing my own professional (lifestyle) photographer, deciding which photos etc, has led to a completely different response & a sale in less than 3 months.

1. Increase in viewings by 2 - 4 fold. 2. Many more suitable viewers. 3. 3 keen parties & 2 offers in an ⅛ of the time than with the high street agent!

I was impressed from the start by the support & advice from Emoov & am recommending everyone uses them. They are family run, genuinely passionate & it shows.

My only complaint (which they say they are working on) is a number of glitches in the messaging app which interested parties & vendors use to communicate.

Emoov did exactly what was needed to get a buyer for our flat. The first viewer bought it only 6 days after it went live. Someone was always available to help at Emoov and the price we paid was SO competitive, literally saving us thousands of pounds. We loved having so much control over communications

So far experience has been very efficient and good, only at memorandum of sale stage.
The app/web site could be better though.

Very simple procedure. Jessica, ultra efficient, sent a valuation and I liaised with her for a couple of days, then my property went live on Rightmove - a Thursday. I had an offer two hours after the first viewing on Saturday, which I accepted. That’s the beauty of online selling - open 24/7.

I really recommend Emoov who I found on The Homeowners’ Alliance website, top of its recommended list. I saved thousands of pounds.

Recently sold our house with Emoov and we've been delighted with the service provided. We chose the pay later deal which was right for us as there was always a chance our house wouldn't sell. Rightmove was £25 per month extra after the first free month (although I think that this has unfortunately increased to £50).
The website was clear and pleasant to use. We took our own photos and wrote our own listing and it was all very easy to upload. We used a 3rd party app to draw a floor plan and uploaded it as a photo.
Once everything was uploaded, advert approval and posting online happened very quickly indeed.
AML checks are included- en expensive and obligatory extra with some online agents.
We found the staff friendly, responsive and supportive- no complaints from us at all.
We have used the purple online agent in the past and Emoov have been leagues better in every respect- let's hope they keep it up.
The best bit is we've saved around £2500 over using a local agent.

Great service with very clear instruction. The only problem I had was the chat system was a little unreliable at times. Otherwise great online estate agent - will use again in the future.

I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time I’ve used them due to the excellent service provided. Everything is done quickly and efficiently. You get regular updates at every stage online, by text and by email. But there’s always the option to call and speak to someone if you need more information and the phone is always answered quickly.

Great experience and much cheaper than using the traditional estate agents on high streets. I saved a lot of money. The only main issue was feedback from potential buyers that it was really difficult to book an appointment and some said they would have given up therefore I may have actually lost potential buyers.

Overpaid rent by half a month lucky enough I knew the new owner, who told me they’d owned the property for a month and hadn’t received any rent of emoov and that I could claim it back for myself, it’s going on 4 months now and still haven’t received my over paid rent, took 2 months just to get my deposit back, just be wary when moving out of properties with these because by the looks of it, their hoping to keep hold of any rent for themselves, I did get told I’d have my money back today 114 days after moving out of their property but offices are now closed probably till Monday. If I didn’t know the new owner of my old property, these cowboys would have kept quiet and kept my money I’d personally advise anyone to avoid this company

Emoov, the best way to sell. Everything is easy to use even if you aren't tech savvy. If you get stuck they are extremely helpful and patient. I chose the basic package and prepared my details including the photos, saving over a thousand pounds.

I enquired about a property to rent on this site. A woman answered my query and gave me a call asking for extra information about me and my housemates. I was excited about this property and it fit the requirements for all of us, however the woman made us lose interest. Following her request to disclose information about our salaries I was told that my salary was too low, and that beyond paying rent and bills I can’t afford to live in London (I have been living in London for some time and I am aware of my economic position). She asked if we can provide a guarantor, I said yes, and then she decided she didn’t want to accept it as it would give her a ‘headache’. Although I understand that some salaries worry/don’t fit requirements for some agents, I sat there and heard her think aloud about how my full-time position cannot provide enough to live in London (where my job is located). I can appreciate that I might not have been the fit she was looking for but the conversation was unprofessional and inappropriate.

The system to list your property was fantastic. It was easy to upload and order my own photos and the AI assistant really helped me find professional wording for the listing.

We wanted to manage our own viewings as we know the property and area better than anyone. We also wanted to manage the timings of the appointments as we have work and a family to organise things around too! And again, the system worked brilliantly, with helpful online messaging too. Potential buyers really valued our insight and knowledge during the viewings as they could ask anything, and if we didn’t know, we could follow up quickly and easily via the in-built online messaging.

We opted for the essentials package plus Rightmove Premium, EPC and Completion Management.

The main draw for us was being able to use our own photos and manage viewings ourselves, but for our property to be seen alongside properties listed by high street estate agencies. We also found it great value for money!
