I booked an emergency appointment after a tooth broke. The dentist spoke to me about my options and we decided a removal was probably the better option for me. They offered to remove the tooth later the same day but were incredibly accommodating when I explained I had parenting commitments and they agreed to do it there and then. It was very quick and painless and they were very reassuring throughout the process. The aftercare information was very clear and it healed really nicely. Great service, and reasonably priced for an emergency.

Found them online. Needed a tooth pulling. They were able to get me appointment locally with a brilliant dental surgery. Was all fixed within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend for those who have trouble trying to get a emergency appointment at any dentist

I'm always happy to go to Birchwood for my dental care in England. Everyone, professionals and support staff, are professional, informative, courteous, helpful, supportive and unfailingly good natured and communicative.
My last visit (3 September 2026) was for a scale and polish. Totally enjoyable experience.

Overall happy with the service
Apart from the dentist being late as he didn’t check his appointments all was good friendly staff and dealt with quickly can’t say painlessly cause things like this never are. Overall though happy with the service.

I was seen exact time as promised
I was seen exact time as promised, was nervous about a tooth extraction as I was in alot of pain, and the doctor numbed my tooth and took it out without any hassle, and pain went away after extraction and numbness faded quite quickly and the price wasn't bad as I paid 120 pounds for extraction around manchester the price for same treatment is well over 400 pounds, so overall happy with the practice
