My earring set came in the mail 2 days earlier than expected. They’re so cute and dainty! I love the free bangle I got too!!

Order marked “delivered,” but delivery photo shows it was delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order for two bracelets with Elura Shop on July 31. It took approximately a month for the order to arrive.

When the package was marked as delivered, I discovered that I had not received it. The delivery photo provided by the carrier clearly shows the package being left at a neighboring residence — not at my shipping address.

I contacted Elura Shop about the issue and was told to contact the delivery service. I did exactly that, but the delivery service has not responded to me.

I then contacted Elura Shop again and requested a refund because I paid for merchandise that I never received. I have provided the relevant information and have made a reasonable effort to resolve this directly.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. A package being marked “delivered” does not change the fact that the delivery photograph shows it was delivered somewhere other than my address.

Elura Shop: I am asking you to please refund my order rather than continue sending me back to a delivery service that has not responded.

I hope Elura resolves this promptly. If they do, I will update this review accordingly.

If I could give 0 I would. Poor quality product. Chain wouldn’t even stay on. Will not be shopping here again. Do not order anything from this place.

Update on my last review. I did get a reply to my emails complaining saying I had been given a refund, no explanation as to why I didn't receive the item I purchased but am grateful for the refund.

Really like the Lillian earrings I got and the free bangle bracelet they gave! I ordered twice from them. The second time it did take a bit longer than expected but really happy with the price & quality.

I should have read other reviews here. Their return policy online only states that return shipping is at buyer’s expense, but no where does it state it should be sent back to China. This is fraudulent. I will go file a complaint to my credit card company and to the Ontario Consumer Protection Bureau since they are listed as a company operating from Toronto Canada. Shipping back to China costs the same price than the item value - I received the wrong item or they use fake marketing (I ordered pearls and did not receive pearls - they confirmed the item was correct, that it was only a lightning effect difference).

Do not buy from elurashop.co. Their official support email completely ignores return requests (I attempted 3 separate times with zero response). When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, the merchant manufactured a fake paper trail using an unverified, secondary Gmail account to trick the bank into thinking they contacted me. They rely on these "ghost emails" hitting your spam folder just so they have "proof of contact" to win credit card chargeback disputes. They are a deceptive operation that exploits bank loop holes. Avoid at all costs.
