IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE; THE RV WAS LIKE NEW AND PERFORMED GREAT.

For a camper built in 2025, it had already seen some wear and tear. There was water damage in the hallway, and the doors on the seating area needed to be repaired. Still, everything worked. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils weren’t clean when we arrived, so our departure was delayed a bit. Other than that, everything was great and hassle-free.

We had a terrible experience. Our family rented two motorhomes for seven days, and on the first day, one of the tires blew out. We waited for support for over 48 hours without any assistance, with only one motorhome carrying seven adults and six children, one of whom was elderly. Due to this terrible experience, we returned the motorhome on the very first day.

It was a great experience everybody at the location, very experience in dealing with the campers and the customers. The In-N-Out experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. The manager, Elena was very knowledgeable and helpful.

GOOD EXPERIENCE

The RV was ready for check out when I arrived, and the walk-through was helpful, though as an experienced RVer I didn't need a whole lot. Check in was also easy and quick. The staff person was friendly and helpful,

The Princeton Florida office of el monte is the best. Vehicles are in great condition and the site manager is friendly and professional. I use this location specifically every year now for multiple RV rentals.

Easy booking, Fast checkin BUT...

couple of kitchen tools not present (kitchen kit paid for)
No warm water during full week (Anode rod not installed)
Failing battery in the rv after day 3. No partial refund or other compensation proposed

Setting up my pickup appointment, checking out my RV, having the sytems explained to me, and the dropoff process were all friendly and easy. The exact model I had reserved was not available so they upgraded me to a brand new, slightly larger model that still worked with the limited space of my destination. I would absolutely rent from them again and I plan to be back annually.

We did a road trip in the US in June 2025 and overall the trip itself was absolutely amazing. However, there were several issues with the rental experience.

First, the vehicle we received was not the one we had originally booked. On the pickup morning in Miami, we were instructed to call the location before arrival, but no one answered the phone. The Miami office itself was quite run-down and did not give a very professional impression.

The vehicle was new, but especially the interior was in poor condition. The radio literally fell inside the dashboard, and one of the slide-outs broke during the trip. On the positive side, communication with roadside assistance was smooth and we did receive help when needed. Still, the vehicles seem to be poorly maintained overall.

Along the route, the service points in Las Vegas and at the final drop-off location in Los Angeles were excellent — modern, professional, and very helpful.

Despite these issues, the road trip itself was fantastic and we created unforgettable memories.

Viajamos mis 3 hijos adultos y yo. Nuestra experiencia con la unidad del RV fue muy buena ya que todo funciono bien, ain embargo la atencion de la unica persona que atiende en la oficina de Miami, fue muy mala y grosera. Su nombre es Helena. La atencion que recibimos de ella fue pesima. Otro tema a destacar que es muy corto el plazo que tienen abierta la oficina tanto para la entrega como para la devolucion de RV, solo de 9:00 AM a 11:00 AM. Nosotros viajamos desde Argentina y tuvimos que hacer muchaa acciones para poder devolver el RV en el corto lapso horario que la oficina esta abierta teniendo ese mismo dia un vuelo de regreso a nuestro Pais. Ademas debieran mejorar los canales de comunicacion, siendo que hoy todo se maneja por whatsapp, estas obligado a comucarte por mail que siempre responden muy tarde. La empresa debiera copiar el modelo de forma de contratacion como lo tienen laa rentadoras de carros, donde todo es mas sencillo u fluido.
No recomendaria a El Monte, por los motivos mencionados.

The RV was not clean inside. Dead bugs were in the Fridge. The Bed was with bedbugs infected and we got bit by bedbugs .

Foi perfeito. Minha primeira vez viajando de RV com meus pais nos EUA. Foram 10 dias incriveis 1828km na Florida :) .. no inicio tive muito medo, assisti varios videos de pessoas dizendo que locaram com outras empresas que ofereceram motorhome velhos, alem de pouca ou nenhuma assistencia durante a viagem. Apos muitas pesquisas cheguei a El Monte por meio de uma agencia, mas fiz questao de vir aqui deixar esse depoimento porque realmente fomos muito felizes nessa viagem e posso ajudar alguem hoje a quebrar essa objeção. Certamente faremos outras viagens explorando novos lugares com a El Monte Rv.
