Slow correspondence. I did not receive any update on my order for a week. It wasn't until I emailed EllDeco inquiring about my purchase did I receive an USPS tracking number.
However, I did receive the product in good shape.

Die Lieferung entspricht dem was ich mir vorgestellt und bestellt habe. Ich musste jedoch feststellen dass wohl der Deutsche Zoll das Paket beschädigt hat um den Inhalt zu überprüfen. Das ist ja deren Pflicht. Das Paket wurde aber nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß verpackt und war an beiden Seiten der Papprolle offen. Hierdurch ist bei der weiteren Lieferung der Inhalt, hier eine Foto Tapete an Ihren Kanten beschädigt worden.
Ich möchte hier nicht den falschen Eindruck erwecken das den Verkäufer bzw. Lieferanten irgendeine Schuld trifft, aber das Problem habe letztendlich Ich als Kunde . Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Germany GK
UPDATE: The merchant has still not responded or offered any solution! Their response below is a lie. Don't waste your hard earned money on these crooks! Thankfully there are many reputable businesses! I ordered custom window clings for our Sunroom. They changed the design w/out telling me. They cut off the arched top of the design! Paid over $350 & they won't make it right. They refuse to communicate or offer any solution! Per the comments below: I had offered several solutions & you responded to none. Insults? At no time did you ever communicate to me you were removing the arches from the windows. As far as approving the image, it was tiny & as we had already agreed on the arched image design, we were simply confirming the measurements. Manipulation? Oh, you mean because I submitted an honest review?
How to make it right? I already communicated different acceptable options to you, ell-deco. 1-Replace with the correct items. 2-refund me for the 4 panels that are incorrect. You offered me no solutions. You dropped the ball & wouldn't accept responsibility. Mistakes happen: It could've been easily & agreeably taken care of. Ok, you said you wanted to know how to fix it. It's not rocket science, just comes down to Customer Service Skills & doing the Right thing. I will Happily update my review, if you do the Right thing:) You have my contact info, I look forward to hearing from you Andrey.

We provided several sketches for your review, and you had the opportunity to examine them twice before placing the order. Your feedback was that everything was perfect, and you confirmed the layout we provided.
Please remember that the layout was presented to you so that you could visualize the final design before we proceeded with the work. You even responded with, "That's great!" I have messages documenting your approval of all aspects of the design.
As a policy, we never begin work without the client's explicit approval.
Unfortunately, instead of constructive feedback, your communication has turned to insults and manipulation. This is why we have not responded to your recent messages.

Sent drawing of fridge, picture of fridge for Coca Cola decals . I received decal for top , front and one side.When I complained re not receiving the other side they made the excuse that it wasn’t in the drawing. When in fact the three D drawing showed the size of the side . I explained that I had ordered decals for the fridge and common sense would tell you that a fridge has two sides and showing the size of the side on the 3 D drawing the other side would be exactly the same size.
I’m disappointed with the service .
