Extremely quick to respond and communicative. Was proactive and provided alternative solutions when required. Incredibly kind and understanding even when I asked to return an item a month after it's purchase.

I bought earrings for a Christmas gift which arrived late and were very different from the ones I ordered. I returned them the following day through Royal Mail collection service. It took a number of emails to receive a refund and 41 days. I understand the business owner was away from work although her customer service team were responding to me so unsure why everything took so long. Disappointing that postage was also deducted from my refund.

This is a very poor company to buy from. The earrings I ordered for a Christmas present never arrived but I was sent an inferior and unsuitable cheaper alternative which I promptly returned . Although this situation arose because of their internal mistakes they wouldn't accept any responsibility and would only refund half the cost. Beware.

I bought the item for my daughter as a Christmas present. She opened it today and absolutely loves it. Beautiful packaging with excellent communication. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. The jewellery itself is beautiful and unique, and you can really tell they care about the presentation with their luxurious packaging. I had made a mistake with an order that required a return, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure the replacement was delivered in time for the holiday period. While I’ve heard mixed things about delivery times generally, my personal experience with their support team was faultless.

I had to contact the company after a slight mix up regarding the item I ordered. I emailed on the Sunday night and by Monday lunchtime everything was sorted despite it being 22nd December. Excellent customer service and excellent quality jewellery.

I’ve ordered three pairs of earrings, one necklace, and one ring from Elk & Bloom over the past year, and overall it has been a positive experience.
First, the team behind Elk & Bloom is genuinely lovely—every interaction I’ve had with their customer service has been warm. The quality of most of their jewelry is also impressive: everything I own has been truly hypoallergenic (a big win for my eczema-prone skin) and resistant to tarnishing. I’ve worn my necklace daily for about a year and a half—sleeping, showering, even going to the beach—and it still looks great. My more recent ring purchase is also beautiful, and I appreciate that it’s adjustable.
The only disappointment has been one pair of thin hoop earrings. The post arrived slightly bent and eventually broke off after minimal use. Unfortunately, although customer service has mentioned offering repairs in their response here, they weren’t able to provide that option for me—possibly because I’m in Canada—but I did reach out about 1.5 years after the purchase.
Overall, I’m very happy with the necklace and ring, and the customer service team is kind, but I can’t recommend the thin hoop earrings based on my experience.
