I ordered vapes pods from these people and I still have not received them or no order confirmation. I ordered on the 3rd April. They have the cheek to still send me emails which I have tried to reach out through them but nothing I have sent so many emails but have had no reply. I have contacted my bank who will take action 30 days after order date to give them a chance to rectify it. Please do not go anywhere near them. Lesson learned

Business has a tendacy to not ship orders, and ignore emails and messages regarding order. This business has caused a number of emails and phone calls for us being confused as them. They refuse to answer even when faced with legal action.

Ordered from these on the 20th March through Shop app. Assumed Shop would vet the people using them.
No delivery. Tried to contact Elite Vape Store through all sources. Nothing. Wish I checked on here before ordering like I usually do!

Before reading reviews I actually ordered an item that was discontinued, yes it should have been removed from their site, but they were quick to refund me without any issues and the advertised item had been removed now.

Order placed over a week ago, tracking not been updated for five days. No reply to email or WhatsApp messages. I’d cancel the order if I was able to contact them. Don’t use this company!

Scam website needs to be removed trying get it removed from google also reported it ordered on 26th december spoke on phone saying he will send still nothing anyone receive the items

Ordered £185 worth of vapes on 15/10/25 and still no goods spoke once on the phone was promised speedy delivery but still nothing also found out Vape area and Vape area wholesale are the same company as elite so steer well clear of all 3

Scam. Need er received product and no reply to emails

Scam, placed an order and never received it even though the tracking app stated it was delivered. I tried contacting Elite Vapes via email and WhatsApp but no response after 3 weeks. They use open world banking which means you will not be able to claim a refund under banking legislation.
Avoid this scumbag scamming website

Don’t bother!! Paid for product on 12th April not had anything from them and can not get hold of anyone about this issue! Scammers!!!

Can't get hold of via email and WhatsApp messenger was charged postage when my order qualified for free postage and still my order hasn't been dispatched after 2 days and they charged me for royal mail 48hr tracked will not be purchasing from these again
