The monthly weekend program is good but I really don’t like the idea of introducing this program for the first timer and then introduce other options/offers such as weekly lessons. Also, I think you need to consider having a number target for some subjects that have many students at a cheaper rate or promotional offers to parents that have more than a child registered for more than one subject per child, to attract more customers

Sessions are good however communication with the Elite Medics team is really very poor. Emailed to query on more than one occasion - responses are slow or non-existent which is a shame as my child really enjoys the sessions.

I found the science and math sessions more helpful for my son. However, he found the English sessions confusing and I think he needs more intense help to develop his strength in that subject area.

Elite Medics is the best for online learning for my child who have improved in his Biology Lessons. They also provide feedbacks after each of their lessons.

Elite Medics have helped my daughter to get better grades in maths, physics, chemistry and biology. She’s currently in year 10 and she’ll be doing higher tier and separate science. She enjoys and looks forward to each online class.

This is proving to be a fantastic resource for my daughter and is helping her to embed her knowledge ready for the exams. The tutors/ mentors are great and she feels very comfortable with them and their knowledge!

The first experience on the Course material and the way the course has been laid out has been good. The course material and lecture notes gets provided to you well before the class date and helps the students to have a good read and get prepared for the class. Should the course be missed on the day, the class recordings come in handy and one can listen and understand the concepts at leisure. Overall first experience has been good.

Very concise and comprehensive revision support for science in year 11. Clear documents and notes and good questions for post learning

I signed up my son for two subjects but after the first subject teams meeting I realised it was nothing as advertised hence I cancelled my direct debit- However he was still due to have another teams lesson for this month but they have removed him from so it does not appear on the main dashboard - £41.99 down the drain honestly it’s like watching youtube videos then answering questions. Regardless of whether they are actual doctors or not they do no deliver nor are any use if you genuinely want your child to exceed in the chosen subject. I would say you are definitely much better going to pay someone for actually tuition which will tailor to your child and actually HELP THEM. Even the so called ‘live’ lessons just consisted of listening to someone talk and not specifically help kids similar to the work they set beforehand where you watch ‘lectures’ and answer questions it’s a literal waste of money just as others have said. Definitely do not recommend and I see this as a waste of money if you really want something that benefits your child go elsewhere as it’s definitely not worth the money for the content or so called ‘teaching’ they provide.

Problem is there’s no structure to the lessons, just very random topics which are NOT targeted to individual students needs at all! Literature for example, my daughter benefitted from only one topic out of the 8 offered. Same with the sciences, random topics that were irrelevant. Waste of my money and her time!!!

Also very long hours only once a month! Even adults can’t keep focus for that long!

There is absolutely NOTHING interactive about the sessions and chances are it’s not the same topics covered for the different exam bodies.

To “fix” the issue you basically put up an extended ad for your services and justify all of your shortcomings.. a lot by the way! Yeah, I see you but no thanks! Your “3000” students can carry on! It does change my critic of your… lectures??? It was meant to be constructive fyi! Don’t justify mediocre with “cheap”. Do it well or don’t do it AT ALL!!! Children’s future at risk.

This is a great forum and my year 7 daughter is so excited about her lessons and the knowledge she gets. i Wish she had joined ealier

The English materials for GCSE cannot be found in other places.

My daughter did the free taster workshops/ tutor sessions for Year 12 Alevel Biology and Chemistry. She found them very helpful and said the teaching quality was excellent. There were additional teachers on hand to answer any questions students had during the live tutor sessions.The pre-course material, lecture notes and exam paper questions and answers are an excellent resource that she can also use to revise from and printed off to use during the live tutor sessions so not constantly staring at a computer .She loves the fact that the lessons are recorded so she can go back and re-listen to them again and press pause to go and get a snack/ have a break ! We have signed up to the monthly lessons for Biology and Chemistry

It was very good but it was hard to stay focused for such a long time at the weekend, although maybe that is on me.

Hi my son has recently joined elite group and I mist say he is very happy with the classes although it is 1.5 hr he doesn't get bored he seems very interested and very enthusiastic when its the quiz time so definitely will keep going thank you.

My daughter just had their classes at last weekend, she really loves the biology subject teacher, she said that the teacher is fantastic and knowledge. As she was so happy when she was learning, I am very happy to pay, it's worthy for the money, to be honest, it's more than worthy.

Following a taster session my daughter has now enrolled on the year 8 biology and physics sessions. My daughter is pretty good at organising and self motivating her learning so this type of group online learning platform suits her well. The structure is good, questions to attempt before the learning presentation and theory and answers delivered on the live learning day with answer sheets afterwards so that extra questions can be tackled post presentation.

Daughter is 11 years and enjoyed the free taster session in biology and physics over a weekend. I signed up for weekly maths by monthly direct debit. My Husband sat in for first 1 hour lesson. There was pre class slides sent which were not well organised numbers fell off the lines and in wrong place. Important for maths which line the numbers are on of course! The lesson was late starting by 5 mins and rushed throughout. 20 seconds says the teacher to answer a maths question that would take a few minutes to work out for an adult..which was in effect only 10 seconds when timed on our kitchen clock. 🤔 then in to the next question. No learning as the answer was shared after the 10 secs by the teacher before moving on. This has all been shared with Elite Medics in verbal feedback. If the next lesson is the same then I will cancel. My child remains keen so hopefully the next lesson will have half the content and more teaching time.
