Today’s GST webinar was extremely useful and practical. It helped us understand that simply assigning GST filing to an accountant is not enough. As business owners, we must have the basic knowledge required to monitor return filing, ITC, RCM, late fees, interest, stock reconciliation, and overall compliance.

The one-to-one clarity call was especially valuable. By reviewing our actual returns, we were able to identify avoidable late fees and interest, filing delays, and issues relating to rent under RCM. We now understand the importance of asking for a proper breakup of every tax payment instead of accepting only the total amount.

This session has given us the confidence to ask the right questions, verify supporting documents, and make informed decisions instead of depending blindly on others.

The community support, weekly Zoom meetings, and the facility to clarify doubts through messages, voice notes, and screenshots will be very helpful during implementation.

Our goal is not limited to GST compliance. We want to build accurate accounts, proper stock control, profit clarity, and strong systems so that the business can operate smoothly even without the owner’s constant involvement.
