1/5 — ₹4,283 + ₹1,817 + ₹4,361 = ₹10,461 and a lot of pain and agony Bruno went through because of this doctor and Vetic.

I'm writing this so other pet parents don't go through what my dog Bruno and I did.

On May 19th, I took an online consultation with Dr. Patanjali regarding spots on Bruno's ears, face, and nose while he was recovering from a neutering procedure. He asked me to bring Bruno in immediately, examined him, and prescribed medicine along with HOT FOMENTATION for the scrotal swelling. He reassured me Bruno was in good hands.

I followed his instructions exactly.

The next day (May 20th), Bruno developed a boil on his scrotal area. I booked an online consultation for 2:40 PM — Dr. Patanjali did not show up and cancelled later. I booked the next available slot at 10 PM with Dr. Rohit — he also did not show up.

All while Bruno's blister was growing by the hour.

After I complained to the central team, Dr. Aswani saw him at 11 PM and asked me to come in the next morning. That same night, the blister burst. I rushed Bruno to Vetic Domlur at midnight — open wound, pus, blood, and Bruno in extreme agony. Dr. Rohit then told me it needed to be COLD, not hot.

On May 21st morning, Bruno was still oozing and in severe pain. A senior doctor outside confirmed that the hot fomentation had directly caused the blister. Later, ALL doctors at Cessna agreed — cold pack was needed, not hot fomentation.

Dr. Ramesh and his team at Cessna Domlur literally saved Bruno's life.

Vetic failed Bruno at every step — wrong treatment, missed consultations, and zero accountability. ₹10,461 paid for harm, not healing. Think twice before trusting them with your pet.

They are shameless at Andheri clinic, just see the amount of negative reviews yet the receptionist says we are not concerned. Their license should be taken back n Vetic should close down . So many pets have died here

We took our 4-year-old Shih Tzu

We took our 4-year-old Shih Tzu, Cheeku, to Vetic for a routine bath session on 24th April 2026. She was in good health at the time of entering the grooming room.

Within 10–15 minutes of starting the service—during what was supposed to be a basic bath session—she suffered a severe eye proptosis and had to undergo emergency surgery.

This raises serious concerns about the handling protocols and staff training at the facility. A routine grooming appointment should not result in such a critical injury, especially within minutes of starting a basic service.

Despite multiple requests, there has been no clear explanation of what exactly happened during the session. The facility has multiple cameras installed, yet the CCTV footage has not been shared.

We were informed that the cameras are only used for live monitoring and no recordings are maintained. In a facility with 15–20 cameras, this raises concerns about how these feeds are being actively monitored, by whom, and what security protocols are in place to ensure incidents are identified and addressed in real time.

We are also concerned to learn that this may not be an isolated incident, which makes the lack of transparency even more worrying.

We have filed a police complaint and are awaiting further investigation.

Pet owners trust such facilities with their animals’ safety. That trust requires accountability, transparency, and proper safety standards, which appear to be lacking here. Please exercise caution before entrusting your pets to this facility.

PLEASE AVOID VETIC SECTOR 49, Noida

They are always focused into how much maximum you can be charged and even drop to the level of false diagnosis and recommending life threatening steroids just because they are expensive.

Also grooming services have increasingly shown cost cutting by the quarter, to the point where they are now turning off air conditioners without considering needs of pets, charging excessive amounts such as INR300 for an oil rub when the entire bottle costs less than that. Vetic, specially the outlet in Noida Sector 49 has dropped to a level below comfort to cheap practices.

Worst Experience

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Vetic Golf Course clinic, and I feel compelled to share it so that other pet parents can be aware.

I have been visiting this clinic since my kitten was only two and a half months old. During my very first visits, Dr. Karishma Narula told me that my kitten had severe ear mites and multiple other issues. The way it was explained to me was extremely alarming and made me panic as a pet parent. She immediately prescribed medicines and supplements worth ₹8,000–₹9,000.

Since I was on a tight budget, I had to specifically request them to remove unnecessary medicines and keep only the essential ones. At that time, I trusted their advice because I assumed they knew what was best for my kitten.

However, the same thing happened again in later visits. Every time I visited, the overall bill would reach ₹5,000 or more, mostly because of multiple supplements and medicines that were added. The consultation style of Dr. Karishma is such that it creates panic, making you feel that if you do not buy all the medicines immediately, your pet’s health could be at serious risk.

Today, I went to the clinic for my kitten’s final vaccination. Once again, she checked his ears and suddenly said that he has a major fungal infection all over his body and that he requires critical treatment for the next week. Naturally, I panicked again.

Immediately after that, she started prescribing multiple medicines again. Her focus seemed to be on how many medicines could be added to the prescription, which would obviously increase the bill.

At one point, I told her that I already had one of the medicines at home. Her response was shocking. She casually said that I should throw the old one away and buy a new one, even though it was still usable.

This time, before paying the bill, I decided to consult another vet I personally know. I shared the prescription with him. He clearly told me that out of the 4–5 medicines prescribed, only one was even remotely relevant, and even that might not be necessary because my kitten does not have any fungal infection.

My kitten has no hair loss, no red patches, no skin lesions — nothing that indicates fungal infection. The only issue was a dandruff-like dryness, most likely because he has not been bathed since birth (he is just four months old).

My doctor friend strongly advised me not to give him unnecessary medicines, especially since my kitten has already been given many medicines earlier and is still very young.

So I refused to purchase the medicines this time.

The entire experience was extremely upsetting. I was literally in tears inside the clinic, and despite that, they still charged a large bill for their services.

Another shocking part was the lack of transparency in billing. When I asked the reception staff about the total charges for the services being performed, both of them simply said “Dr. Karishma will tell you.”

This made absolutely no sense. If the reception staff does not know the pricing, then what exactly is their role?

When I questioned them about this, they had no answer and were just looking at each other.

Overall, I had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this clinic, especially under the consultation of Dr. Karishma Narula.

In my personal opinion, she does not behave like a veterinarian focused on the animal’s well-being. Instead, she behaves more like a salesperson focused on pushing medicines and increasing the bill.

That being said, I must admit — she is indeed a very good salesperson.

But unfortunately, that is not what pet parents are looking for when they bring their animals to a veterinary clinic.

I will never be visiting this clinic again

Wrong treatment || No Co-ordination || Food Delayed by 5 Days

My experience with Vetic Sec‑49 was extremely disappointing and emotionally exhausting. On 23rd Feb ’26, my dog was vomiting but had normal stool. We visited the clinic and were attended by Aditya Kumar, who did a Parvo test, CBC, and X‑ray, and gave multiple injections — none of which stopped the vomiting.
Later the same evening, he asked me over teleconsultation to order more medicines. If he knew they were necessary, why weren’t they prescribed during the actual visit?

On 24th Feb ’26, he suddenly shifted the treatment to drips and declared my dog PARVO Positive, even though there were zero symptoms. I clearly told them it was reactive because of antibodies given a week earlier. They still continued unnecessary treatment for two days.

Only when I met Dr. Anshul Shukla did I finally see someone who genuinely cared. If you must visit Vetic Sector 49, choose only Dr. Anshul Shukla. Anyone else is a complete NO if you value your pet’s well‑being.

I re‑tested Parvo outside — again reactive, confirmed by another doctor as due to previous antibodies, not an actual infection. This clinic plays with emotions and pushes treatments you may not even need.

To add to this, they also made false promises about food delivery scheduled for 7th Feb ’26. Even today, I’m still waiting for the same.

I have every right to take legal action, but I don’t have the time — so I’m putting this review here to warn others.

The worst doctors

The worst doctors. My mom got my elderly cat to the clinic and he was clearly weak. They injected him with stuff that clearly did not suit him, he passed away a few hours after we got him home. If I had not taken him my baby would still be alive maybe for 1 year, 6 months, 3 months.

Worst mistake of my life. Worst doctors

Fraudulent Unfair Means

The company and the management are a complete fraud! They diagnosed a fake condition in my dogs paw "Interdigital Furunculosis" which they chagred me 18000 rupees worth of steroids for over 2 months. This disease is incurable and can only ever be managed, but they diagnosed minor itching in his paw as this disease and charged a huge amount of money. Two weeks passed, and it turned out to be a simple behavioural problem, and his paw had no signs of anything, let alone that awful, incurable disease that makes the paw look like a swollen crusty ball. They also charged me extra for wood lamp reports and other tests, which never showed up in the app as mentioned. Have submitted a consumer court case against them. To all pet owners, please be aware that before taking a worried face in there, they are always ready to take advantage of the situation using unfair means!

This was my second visit at clinic with my lab regarding ear infection and itching problem the Dr who was appointed for OPD chk up was not at all helpful he just hardly seen the ear did not even bother to clean and add any ointment and gave us a medication which costed around 4500/ after on while paying the bill the person on the billing counter very well played around by saying go for this grooming session u will save money in OPD nxt visit and 3 free grooming yearly now when I asked them for my first grooming session they again charging 49 rp as to confirm my booking this redicolus just trying to make money I'm extremely not happy with their services would rather visit smaller pet clinic who at least do the basic cleaning of the wound it's a very bad experience specially the amounts they charge are a bomb just a huge fancy clinic nothing much wouldn't recommend if u plan to visit make sure u have over 5 k in your wallet

No complaint re Pet service..was good 2ce......its about Bad Admin n Mngmnt....Staff r ill informed. I took Annual Mmbrshp in Aug....n told Not Pet based...can use Multiple Times for as many Pets.
However 18th for a 2nd Pet told RENEW, Mmbrsjp Exhausted !! Had to tackle. Profile details of Pets entered incorrectly not rectified pointing out too.
Same apptmnt 18th, cancelled took for 19th...did but still Non Stop Msgs to Book say Glitch..still continues 21st.

Printer does not Work for days..so no Hard Copy or Receipts issued.

RePeated WA, Calls to rectify....Nothing.

Fortunate...Chembur ..has many Vet facilities n a new 1..soon to...open v close to VETIC.

They overdosed my cat with iv…

They overdosed my cat with iv antibiotics according to administration regulations they have to give him 24mg per kg in two doses but the vet did it 48mg per kg dose. His liver was already in trouble, but still they told me to dose my pet cat 2 other antibiotics orally. He died of antibiotic toxicity and gut failure due to severe dysbiosis.

This is not at all done u guys should show atleast some empathy towards your customers . If you guys confirmed the appointment on call than you should also call us and inform that doctor has already left ,don’t come.
