Very good people service and delivery and orders

I ordered a top and trouser set which is lovely but unfortunately the trousers don’t fit although they are meant to be the size I always buy. I have emailed a few times to ask how to return and no reply I have 30 days to return and don’t want to get o that point . The website gives info on emailing if you want to return something which I did and that didn’t work. I can’t afford to loose my money by being ignored and the return date is up there is no slip in the parcel

Ordered pair of shoes over bank holiday. The shop very kindly dropped them off for me and gave me excellent service.

I placed an order for shoes on Ecco website, but
immediately received an incorrect confirmation from Elevate Your Sole, with no address or phone number. It took me over 24 hrs to trace my order as I spoke to 2 shops before tracing my order to the Chester branch. Only partial/incorrect details were passed to the owner who did not phone me but just sent emails that I considered unhelpful. When I received the order, it had not been corrected and I was charged for the return. I think part time staff were passing on incorrect/ partial messages

Mistakenly ordered the wrong size, when I realised and contacted the company they immediately corrected my mistake with no fuss.

Cant praise them highly enough, so helpful and efficient.
I sent them the incorrect return for another company and they relabelled it and sent it on!
They exchanged the slippers for a larger size too.

I wanted to return the shoes sent - nothing wrong with them, just the wrong colour - they were extremely helpful, particularly when I couldn't cope with their online returns system and had to work by email instead.

They sell seconds substandard footwear and do everything possible to scam you and a refund is a unpleasant rude fight with no consideration for good customer service. The feedback is simply unbelievable
