Wrote to the company requesting return label as these sandals should have been labelled wide fit. The company wrote a polite email declining.

I have had Strive sandals for many years. They are amazing at supporting the foot arch and so comfortable and very light.
Delivery has been by Royal Mail which is great and normally takes three days from ordering online. I decided to try a newer style this year which arrived today, perfect fit and usual comfort.
Initially there was a problem with the size, my fault for not checking before sending. However customer service has been excellent and helpful.
I can not imagine changing my sandals next year, thank you Strive.

I have to wear customised orthotics and find that the Strive Tallia shoes are the best for these. I simply remove the Strive insole and replace with my own. They are so light on my feet. I am the proud owner of 5 pairs. Well worth the money. Would love a red pair!

I’m a repeat customer of Strive Footwear, and I genuinely love their shoes. They’ve made a huge difference to my plantar fasciitis and ongoing foot pain. They were originally recommended by my podiatrist, and I completely understand why.
The customer service team is fantastic, always prompt, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous Footwear!
There was initially a problem with the website which was extremely frustrating. The size changed somewhere in the ordering process (must’ve been due to a gremlin!) and so the wrong size was sent out and the footwear had to be returned at my expense.
However, once the issue had been brought to the attention of Ben, he went above and beyond to rectify the matter. His words and actions were second to none. He reassured me that he would personally look after any future orders I might make to ensure the gremlin did not sabotage the sizing again. I have been a customer for several years and have worn nothing else except Strive sandals or boots since I first found out about them. I own about 8 pairs of sandals in different colours and 3 pairs of boots! I have Morton’s neuromas in my toes and Strive has been the only footwear I could walk in. I cannot stress how comfortable the footbeds are and how they have enabled me to walk miles despite having had several steroid injections and referred for surgery. (As a result of Strive, I have been able to postpone the orthopaedic surgery at least for the time being). Additionally, the bonus is that the styles and colours are fabulous and do not look as if they are orthotic footwear! Win, win.
Thanks, Strive, for making such excellent footwear. And thanks to customer service and Ben in particular for his help and detailed explanation as to what happened in terms of the gremlin!
Great customer service
I ordered some slippers at the beginning of January. At the time I didn't realise the order did not take my full delivery address so there was a problem with the delivery. After "chatting" to Yodel to rectify I was told it had to be done by the retailer so I emailed them. I dealt with a customer service agent called Denis who from the start took ownership of the problem. After weeks of the item not being delivered, (not the fault of Strive who liaised with me constantly) I finally gave up and requested a refund. This was provided straight away together with a requested pair of insoles to mitigate all the hassle involved. Lo and behold the next day the slippers were delivered. After contacting Strive to tell them I was informed no further action was required on my part. So I now have a free pair of slippers I am absolutely delighted with. Very happy with the customer service from Denis and hope never too have any more dealings with Yodel customer nonservice.
At last!
I have been suffering for over three months from a combination of two broken metatarsals and then tendonitis in the same foot. As a walker this has been a disaster for me. Once I was allowed on short walks by my podiatrist, I found that my ordinary shoes were far from comfortable and brought on the pain even more. I also found that it is very difficult to find a shoe to drive in with these conditions. Luckily for me, I came across some Strive Talia trainers which have solved my problems in one go. They are smart and extremely comfortable and they do half sizes which so many other manufacturers don't. I liked them so much that I have now invested in a pair of Strive's Kensington boots which give me equal comfort and support. Both pairs arrived in two days and were brought by Royal Mail. In addition, Strive's customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you Strive!

Strive to the rescue!
I’ve been a long-time wearer of Strive products and they’ve made a huge difference for my plantar fasciitis. I recently ordered a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift and missed the cut-off for guaranteed delivery, but their customer service team were fantastic and upgraded the shipping at no extra cost to make sure they arrived in time.
I would 100% recommend Strive to anyone dealing with foot pain — or to anyone simply looking for genuinely comfortable, supportive footwear.
Awful company
Struggle to believe this is an operating company. Poor/zero comms, slow order processing 14 days, slow returns with no returns form, lost returns, slow refund, denying receipt of a returned item and it goes on. Literally the worst customer experience ever. Shame the shoes are ok.
Very slow delivery and refunds
Ordered a pair of slippers which took a fortnight to come. Had to return as they didn't fit. Was finally reimbursed a month later after I'd chased them up on it with no apology or acknowledgement about the length of time. It wasn't like this when I last bought from Strive. Something has changed.
Taken payment but no product delivered
I have placed my order on the 6/12/25 and today is the 16/12/25 have emailed the sales team to chase my delivery have ordered 3 pairs they have taken my payment but no news on when I can expect the goods. Be very careful before placing any orders with this company they seem to take your money but no show on products
Exceptional quality and service
Shoes,boots,trainers,slippers and insoles- I have them all.They are amazing,very comfortable and really support my high arches and under pronation.Definitely recommended! Very quick confirmation and delivery.

Very Poor Customer Service
I received a pair of Strive Copenhagen slippers as a Christmas present in 2024. As I already had a decent pair of slippers, I didn’t begin wearing the Strive pair until June this year. In November, my wife noticed a strip of white fabric showing on one of the slippers between the sole and the upper. On closer inspection, it turned out the outer fabric had separated from the sole. (I would have included a photo, but unfortunately there’s no option to do that here.)
I contacted Strive and explained the situation. After several emails back and forth, they were adamant that the only thing they could offer was a 30% discount on a future purchase. Given the premium price of Strive footwear, I would have expected them to replace the slippers—especially as they’ve only been worn for around six months, strictly indoors, and are otherwise in excellent condition.
The slippers themselves are very comfortable and provide great support, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect the same level of quality from their customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of expectations. I'd recommend shopping with another high-end footwear provider who may rank customer service as equally important as the quality of their footwear when things go wrong.

Always my go to for sandals in the summer. This year I have had a pair of their boots and they certainly live up to the quality and comfort of the rest of the footwear I have had over the years.
