My experience was top notch as everything was well explained by the doctor. The appointment online was quick and easy as well. It took me longer to type my ailments then to be processed for my card. I do find it hard to find my notifications I receive a text for.

Appt was same day and quick so that’s a plus however it took several days and a few msgs to them to get them to actually submit the recertification to mmcc First time was my fault for typing in my mmcc number wrong but after giving them the correct number it was still several days n messaging again to ask why it hadn’t been submitted and the reply was is this your mmcc number? They sent me the correct number but had to wait for me to reply again and confirm it a 2nd time before they submitted Customer service needs a little work Thanks

Because the MMCC number was initially entered incorrectly, our team needed to verify the corrected number before submitting the recertification to ensure everything matched the state system.
