Ah now be fair.... you received an email informing you and apologising that the keyboard was out of stock 4 hours after you ordered, and you also received a full refund 4 hours after you ordered as well. Merry Christmas :)

STAY CLEAR!

Sent me broken cctv cameras tried for weeks and weeks to get help with off them they kept running me around in circles. Finally said I could have a refund when I sent the product back to them. I sent it back tracked and registered they then told me I had damaged their equipment and half the stuff was missing. I paid €185 and they tried to give me a refund of €70, luckily enough I paid though paypal who gave me back all my money. I would AVOID this company like the plague, they are absolute conmen why send out faulty good and then try to keep your money. STAY CLEAR!

Update: Paypal have sent my money though and have found this company not to be up to standard, if your buying online people please use paypal as you wont be caught out with fraud companys like this. Cant be letting companys getting away with this, just do your jobs!

I knew this review was on it's way. Electrolite has been selling online for 15 years and never before have I come across somebody so ignorant. The CCTV cam in question was shipped brand new fresh out of factory, unused and returned after 3 months of use, cables cut, damaged, remote and power powers not returned She refused to co-operate with Sumvision Tech Support and Electrolite to help her fix the cables she damaged when installing the CCTV. PayPal are currently re-investigating her claim as fraudulent. So yes we will be staying clear of Belle Sets. :)

Good Site and Quality Products

Good website, easy to buy items from and reasonable prices. Plus they only sell products that are quality, none of the usual Chinese rubbish that works for a year and then stutters for the next 3 years and dies. Only 4 stars because sometimes queries about products can go completely unanswered, but otherwise can recommend.
