I cannot recommend Eldercare highly enough. We needed a care annuity for our mum and they were very helpful in obtaining this following completion of a relatively straightforward application form. This saved us a lot of time in contacting the insurance companies directly ourselves. Initially Nicky Cave gave us an outstanding overview of the options available and then during a long period of inactivity while we had to secure funds the Eldercare team kept in touch but were never pushy.....and were very patient!
