No merece la pena con Google Reviews tan fuerte.

A través de rastreator, confié en TUIO para mis dos pólizas de hogar. He sido engañado por TUIO de principio a fin y estoy muy decepcionado.

No son serios para nada. La gran mayoria de reseñas de la empres Sillasoficina365.com tienen una estrella y les dan una puntuacion de 9/10. Esa plataforma está "comprada" por las empresas.

No Services were provided!!!

During the onboarding process when I still had the chance to cancel, I requested for the Review capture services only. They promised to reduce monthly charges and effect it on the invoice which they didn't but keep sending invoices for their full package of which none of the services in the full package was provided.

Their representatives agreed to a reduction of price and it was not effected on any of the invoices sent, with no services provided. They ignored my request and kept piling the invoices without rendering any services at all.

On the 6th of November they sent me an email stating they have reduced the monthly charges from 99EUR to 60EUR without effecting it on the precious invoices or future invoices.

NEXT THING THEY TOOK MY NAME TO A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY DEBTIST stay away!

Ekomi es una empresa que ofrece servicios de validación de reseñas a empresas pero son un fraude, no hay fiabilidad con ellos, compara sus reseñas sobre compañías con las de Google o las de Trustpilot, son pura mentira. Cuidado con esta empresa!!!

Worst company to work for, they have no ethics and values. Their integrity is to be questioned. Treat staff like animals. Have no human element.

eKomi is a company that supposedly helps improve the reputation of its clients, yet ironically, it has an incredibly bad reputation when it comes to managing its own customer relationships.

Our experience with eKomi has been extremely disappointing, to the point that we feel compelled to share our frustrations publicly. We encountered several issues that have severely undermined our trust in their service.

First and foremost, the automatic renewal of the service without any prior notice felt deceptive and lacking in transparency. We found ourselves with a renewed service without any advance communication, which was highly frustrating. Despite our attempts to contact the support team to resolve these issues, our requests were largely ignored. After November, we received no further responses from Rens Malherbe, and Luigi Lemme also stopped communicating with us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a profound lack of respect for customers.

To make matters worse, we experienced a price increase for the service from €89.00 to €93.45 per month starting in February 2024, again without any prior notice. This change occurred in violation of legal terms and further aggravated our dissatisfaction.

As if all this weren't enough, eKomi also decided to send a debt collection agency after us for the payment of invoices, despite the fact that our complaints were never adequately addressed. This aggressive approach only serves to further damage the already poor reputation of the company.

In light of these experiences, we are deeply dissatisfied with the service and customer management provided by eKomi. We are considering all available options to protect our interests.

Unsolicited sales call. When explicitly asked whether the call is a sales call, the sales agent proceed to LIE that it wasn't one.

If you would like your customers to trust you, please DON'T LIE on your FIRST CONTACT with them.

Please train your sales staff to answer honestly.
