Hi John, thank you so much for your review, it is highly appreciated!
Very high estimates based on poor assessment
Charged for a site visit which lasted no time at all. Representative didn’t seem to know much, was very vague on everything and kept suggesting they would need consultants and further surveys. Estimate not quote, estimate was ridiculously high compared to all other quotes received. Very disappointing.

Hi Alexandra, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will be contacting you directly via email to better understand your concerns and discuss the matter further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Edit: Further to this reply, we have attempted to contact you directly to discuss the matter further, yet have been unsuccessful. Having looked in to this, and as explained, you are almost two hours away from us and we would therefore be working out of area, our engineers would need to work away and this would reflect in the cost. The purpose of the visit was a site inspection to quote for what would be required for a new sewage treatment plant, this is a visual inspection and conversation with the homeowner and a further consultants visit is not unusual in this line of work. Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi Elaine, thank you so much for your time in leaving this review. We are happy we could assist at short notice!
Came recommended didn’t disappoint.
Ekoflow came recommended to me by a colleague who said “they are the only septic tank guys I trust”.
I’m pleased to say, after having several tank empties and a whole new sewage treatment system from them, that they have not disappointed at all.
Arranging emptying was very easy with a very quick turn around and competitively priced.
Likewise, the quote for the new system was very competitive versus others I had received and every single person in have had the pleasure of interacting with at ekoflow, from the office to the field, have been great. The install team were really great guys who told me what they were doing at all stages and went above and beyond on a number of instances.
I’m almost sad that, now I have a new system, I won’t have to deal with them as much anymore!

A reliable and well-organised company
Ekoflow recently installed a treatment plant for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were extremely professional, easy to deal with, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and the finished installation was neat and high quality.
I’m very impressed with both their workmanship and their customer service. Highly recommend Ekoflow to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organised company.

Thanks for this positive review, John!
New Home with treatment plant
Recently moved into a property with a water treatment plant. After a few months we were getting a smell. We had little knowledge of how the system works and the dues and don’ts. We booked an engineer to come out. He went through with me step-by-step how the system works and all the things that we should and should not be using. This is to keep the system working properly. They also emptied and cleaned out the system. It’s not too expensive to have a service, empty and clean. The engineer managed to book us last minute to get the tank emptied. As he wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us going forward.
All in all excellent service thank you.

Hi Kieran, we really appreciate this detailed positive review.
Its delightful to hear that Tom, the attending engineer, went above and beyond by explaining to yourself how the system works and the do's and don'ts to keep the system maintained - I will pass this positive feedback onto him!
It's also, great to hear that we were able to empty and washdown the system last minute for you to ensure the system was fully functioning and that you were happy with our pricing for the above.
We look forward to working with you for the future maintenance of your system.
