Order #500029935 - faulty shoes
I have bought many things from them. This time, however, I am very disappointed.
I am not sure if they are selling used or new shoes. This time, for example, they sent me used shoes with a lot of flaws.
The original box is seen to have been opened countless times because it is torn at the corners. I am attaching pictures.
The shoes also have concrete flaws, which you can see in the attached photos. the worst are the two holes above the Bugatti inscription. But they are also scratched in several places. I gave them 72€ for the shoes I threw in the trash.

Very pleased with the shopping experience.
Huge choice and excellent quality of the footwear. Shipping is a bit expensive, but compared with the prices paid for the quality footwear, it is not that high.

This is ridiculous and written nowhere before you shop!
I have to pay more than €22,- for returning the shoes, which is 1/3 of the price!!!
Almost all online shops give their customers a return label without charging anything.
Will never ever shop again there!

Very pleasant experience. I ordered my shoes on Monday evening and got them delivered by Friday. The shoes are impecable, just as described and ordered. I got a higher-priced item that I couldn't find anywhere else for quite a substantional discount. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Efootwear.eu (eobuwie.pl) used to be good and solid company, but since November 2019, when they cluster failed with Black Friday deals (when they made promotion sale and then couldn't handle big number of orders for months), efootwear.eu (eobuwie.pl) is on the downward spiral to a grand fiasko. Last order I made, went fine to start with, it was quickly handled and I was informed 7 days ago, that it was waiting for the courier to be picked up. Well, it still has not been picked up by courier, and customer service will not send it to me until they investigate first, why they have not sent it yet. This is horrible customer service, total absurd. If you fail in your service, first you need to quickly fix it for the customer, and then take time to investigate and fix your internal processes, do not keep the products and customers hostage to your own incompetence.
Moreover, good advise: stop using UPS as international courier, they are the worst courier in EU, they always lie that they were at the address of delivery but the recipient was absent: bunch of bs, I have experienced it myself multiple time. They just drop packages at pick up point without bothering to deliver at all, even though it's paid for. Use GLS or DPD instead, good fast and solid couriers.

It is horrible that I got this scam, I paid 170 euro for the shoes!!! I emailed them many times but never get responses back.

I ordered some Altra Timps 1.5 -- Excellent service and the shoes were delivered as promised. Good pricing. I don't need anymore shoes, however if I did I would definitely go back.

Total scamers, ordered shoes for my company... Terms and conditions state All prices are gross and include 22% VAT...they sold me advertised price and on invoice wrote 0% VAT. So they sold me 22% higher price and VAT was never claimed. Stay away, I reported them to authorities.

I wanted to share my personal experience with the company efootwear.eu (they have an app also) .
I made an order on 17.11.19. Normal item price, normal shipping price (12 euro for eu countries).
The item was dispached the next day.
Everything followed by emails: order confirmation, when the item was sent and tracking number... I received an extra email also by the carrier.
The item arrived 3 days earlier (today). Perfect condition, size and some discount vouchers for the next order.
I was worried reading those reviews and drop them an email on which they've answered. Seems to me that mostly those agents arent english speakers and could seem that they're are cold and short.
Dont be shocked in case you need to pay the shipping also in case of the company's mistake, happened to me with high level and trusted UK companies.

i ordered a size 39 shoe, and was sent a size 38 shoe in a box that stated size 39
i paid £18 postage on top of the price of the shoe.
they offer 30 days return, on website, but fail to mention you have to pay return postage costs yourself which would have cost another £15 to return to poland.
i was also informed they could not offer an exchange for correct size i would have to re-order my size again and pay postage costs of £18 again.
my question is, why would i do this again when i have already attempted to order my correct size in the first place and they just send any random item?
they treat customers as if they are stupid and have no interest whatsoever in practising good customer service.
i am £58 out of pocket with a pair of shoes that do not fit, and they expect me to go through the whole process again.
if they cant get it right first time why would they be able to get it right 2nd time?
update:28/10/2020 as you can see i have finally received a reply over 13 months after posting this review.... and the private message promised.... never received it

This is a worst online shop ever. I have sent the shoes back to them, and didn’t receive any news about the refund. After several emails, they told me that they didn’t receive the parcel. And nobody returned the money

Got a pair of Chelsea boots and after about 3-4 months of wearing them, the sole of both shoes just split into two. (Unfortunately I cannot post photos with this review). After complaining via email and sending them all the pictures, they said they cannot process it without having the product. Hence I’ve sent them the boots back and they came back to me saying the compliant is rejected because the “specialist” decided it was mechanical damage. Not sure what that even means, but I think they think people go around breaking their shoes in two just for fun!
Worst customer service i’ve ever encountered in my life, accompanied by bad products!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
