I ordered shoes and they send 1€ necless so that I have something to track! They dont aswer emails! Also they copied my credit card info and made a fraud!

I repacked the box and cardboard bag and attached the preprinted and prepaid returns note. I dropped it in at our local post office (Coreos) she scanned it and I signed for it. Within a week the money was back in my PayPal account.
Jeg har bestilt et par sneakers, og pengene blev trukket hurtigt, men på tracking står blot label er kreeret! Der er gået længe, og der sker intet! De svarer at de kan ikke sige noget om tidshorisonten. Det er ikke godt nok!

I’ve ordered one pair of Hoka’s and 2 pair of ASIC gel nimbus from this site. They’ve delivered usually sooner than expected and are exactly what I ordered. No taxes. No shipping. I’m impressed. The ASICS price I paid before Christmas with their 20% off deal was less than the outlets.

I was registered on efootwear website and purchased via my profile, but there are no orders registered. Communication is awful... It takes days, weeks to contact and there is no clear answer or solution to my situation. Be careful!

I returned an item but still haven’t received my money back. I keep contacting the customer service via email/online forms/social media but none is replying! It is a scam! I guess I will never receive my money back! Stay away from them!!!

Det er med en vis skepsis jeg bestiller et par rieker sandaler der desværre er udsolgt over hele DK. Jeg må erkende min skepsis blev gjort til skamme. Hele vejen blev jeg godt informeret om min leverance. De flotteste sandaler blev leveret på min adresse med UPS, efter 7 dag det skal lige bemærkes, jeg afgav min ordre i en weekend. Handler der gerne igen

Deze webshop zit in Polen. Daarom zal het wat langer duren voordat je je spullen hebt. Ik had mijn paar schoenen na 6 werkdagen.
Ze kwamen in een doos waar 3 schoenendozen in passen. Die was dus kapot na de lange reis. Aangezien ze hier geen breekbare spullen verkopen zal dat in de praktijk niet tot problemen leiden.
Verder gewoon een prima winkel. Mooi assortiment, en sommige dingen zijn flink goedkoper dan in Nederland.
Andere dingen zijn daarentegen weer duurder. Controleer dus even of de schoenen die je wilt hebben niet goedkoper zijn hier.
Door de afstand betaal je 12 euro verzendkosten. Dus het kan niet altijd uit om hier iets te bestellen.
Verzending gaat met UPS. Bonuspunt daarvoor.
Belangrijk minpunt is echter dat terug sturen op eigen kosten is. Met PostNL kost terug sturen van schoenen die niet passen EUR 12. Als je niet zeker weet of je schoenen wel zullen passen, kan dat dus een dure grap worden.

Horrible! Ordered twice and both times received fake brand copies. First order was shoes from Lagerfeld, premium brand with a hefty price tag. Out of the box paint coming off. Left a review on the app about the shoes and it was not posted. Decided to try them a second time. Ordered premium sneakers 175€ take them out of the Box, cheapest Chinese copy of the Brand so poorly made paint from one area covers the other. Looks like they were painted with spray paint! Will never use this store again!

Good selection of shoes but it should be very clear from their site that the return is on your own cost. This policy is very bad and hence I will not order from here.

I initially signed up for the “VIP family” program because the charge justified the “free” shipping and offered a discounted price on a pair of sneakers. My intent was to cancel, and I telephoned the company hoping to do so. Their number was very difficult to find (I only got their number from my credit card statement), as it was not published online and readily available. I left a message asking to cancel the VIP program and was never called back. I continued to be charged the $20 recurring fee each year. This company is unscrupulous to say the least, and the owner is a crook.

I bought women’s Adidas “Choigo”shoes. I placed my order on February 15 and received on February 21 and I could track the parcel. Shoes are of high quality, as Adidas should be.
Usually, consumers write a review if they have a bad experience and for some reason are too lazy to leave a positive review if they have a good experience with the seller. This is my first experience with Footshop efootwear EU.
To be honest I was worried that the product would not be of quality or I would not receive it at all, but it was in vain.
I recommend the seller!

I bought shoes that made a very annoying sound when walking. Following their process I reported the error in the product. Now they keep telling me me someone will look into it, for a full month already. ow they ask for a picture, while I've sent a video one month ago already.
I should have just returned it, but that turns out not to be free.
When the product is fine it will probably be easy, but if you ever need anything from support. Don't count on it.

Det er den samme historie: man forelsker sig i et par sko (et par gule Caprice sandaler), og ALLE steder er de udsolgt.
Google med billedsøgning og fandt efter lang tid frem til et fuldstændig ukendt site, efootwear.eu.
Her fik man oveni den billigere pris, rabat.
Jeg tjekkede Trustpilot og tænkte at det måtte blive et sats.
Men hele vejen fik jeg mails, og de blev leveret på 5 dage (over en weekend) med UPS.
Jeg fik endda en besked undervejs, da de var forsinkede.
Jeg skal huske at sige at jeg ikke har prøvet med returnering. Det orker jeg ikke på sko købt i udlandet. Men det er bestemt heller ikke nødvendigt!
Så: de findes, og jeg har købt et par sko hos dem, og der var ingen problemer!

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. One of them was ok, the other in terrible condition. Im still not sure if they are fakes or not but its not worth returning because i will be charged with shipping and my guess is i will never get my money back. I also noticed nowhere in the site do they mention they are an authorized retailer. So theres a high risk that their stuff are fake, its impossible to get a refund and their customer service doesn't exist and you just get an auto generated message. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered pair of Nike sneakers. They came in a huge box and then inside that huge box were the sneakers in shoebox-sized box, but not a Nike shoe box. Just some weird plain box. Which is suspicious all by it self .Then inside where the shoes I ordered alright, but without the inner soles. Super weak robot type customer service. Ridiculous. I think its not 100% legit, som kind of parallel import type of business. Would not shop again there for sure
