Received my >340 euro goods, and was surprised to receive an invoice 3 months later from customs that was 150 euros. Needless to say: i thought i had a good deal, but I will NOT order again.

Dear Patrick,
We are very sorry about your negative experience with the delivery of your order to Switzerland. Our primary goal is a fair approach and customer satisfaction, which we have repeatedly tried to emphasize in our communication with you.
We would like to explain that during the time of your shipment, a merger between the shipping companies Schenker and DSV was taking place. Unfortunately, this integration caused several technical errors in customs clearance, which may have led to the unreasonably high customs fees you mentioned.
We are ready to actively claim this with the carrier and subsequently compensate you for the extra costs incurred. However, to do this, we strictly need a copy of the receipt (invoice) for the paid fees, issued to you by the customs office or the carrier. Without this document, we cannot initiate the claim with the shipping company.
We last asked you for these documents on April 1st, but unfortunately, we have not received any reply since then. Our offer to help and resolve the situation still stands. If you send the documents to info@efloorball.net, we will immediately step in to resolve it.

Good experience with returns
