After having my roof repaired last year my loft had been left in a bit of a shambles with huge amounts of rubble and old insulation left. Shay visited in May to provide a quote for my loft to be cleaned, re insulated and few raised boards put in. His team completed the job yesterday (the delay was nothing to do with the company) and I’m very satisfied with the work done. A huge amount of rubbish was cleared and the team hoovered afterwards.
Shay has been easy to contact and replied quickly throughout.

Shay was professional, friendly and informative - and his team members who attended to do the job were great too. Very efficient in getting the job done and cleaned up after themselves to a good standard, and removed all the rubbish. We were also very happy with his recommended joiners who attended to replace the boarding. Sorry for the delay in leaving a review - this certainly does not reflect any dissatisfaction with the service received, and I would not hesitate to recommend Shay / Efficient Loft.

Wonderful service from start to finish.

No obligation visit to see the loft was very helpful and the quote came very soon after. The team came and removed previous insulation and boards in under two hours and replaced it very efficiently. Plenty of dust sheets helped eliminate a lot of potential mess.

Had efficient loft installation in today to clear my loft witch had been invaded by rats Craig and sharron arrived spot on time and did a very professional job clearing the loft when finished showed me where they blocked the holes and the loft looks 100% better they left my property very clean after they finished the job very polite a credit to there firm

Excellent service from start to finish. Quick & efficient assessment from Shay including quick answers to any queries. Craig & Sharan did a great job on the day explaining problems we'd had with original insulation. Particularly liked the way Craig wanted me to see the work they'd done before they left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their service.

I got in touch with Shay to get a quote for removing and installing insulation, he came out to give an estimate which I agreed on and he said they were available to do the job the next day! How’s that for service! A guy called Craig came and was very pleasant and did an excellent job, he removed all the rubbish and tided up. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

My loft was a big mess for years. Shay and his team of dedicated employees did a great job.They cleaned it really well and did sanitation. I got new boards installed . My loft was then installed with high quality material. Everything was very professional right from the beginning.
I would recomment Efficient loft to anyone who needs to sort their attic.

Everything was perfect from start to finish , the free quote, the installation which they did 2 days after ( afternoon but still I was okay with that ).

Have just had loft insulation installed by this company and couldn't rate them more highly. Booked a survey over the phone, The quote was reasonable and they were able to do the work within 2 weeks. The workmen were polite, friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me what they were doing and explained how everything worked. Great company.

I called Efficient Loft to get my property insulated.
Shay came and gave two options, I decided to go with the cheaper one (Im renting it out).
The team came the week after, and insulte my loft within a couple of hours.
