It's one of my best decision so far to chose the right people for the loft insulation. Shay and his team from Efficient Loft Insulation were very efficient and organised. They left the house with very cleaned roof and took away all the rubbish.

After a month of installation, My FLIR scanner showed that the house's roof was far better than previously. The house feel a lot warmer than before.

Top Team. Completed a dirty job on time and on budget. Left us with no mess just a warmer house and cleaner loft.

Shay and his co-worker were polite and respectful of our home, putting protectors on their shoes and covering carpet on areas walked. Were hardworking and considering the large amount of old insulation cleared out of the loft, still managed to finish the job within the day and cleaned up after themselves. A little more expensive that the average, but the work done is over and above. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Efficient Loft Insulation.

Really great job done by the team…cleared out old loft insulation and laid new floor and roof insulation , cleaned and sanitised loft after invasion of cluster flies and wasps… worked really hard and all over great and speedy service from start to finish

The team did a fantastic job clearing out all our old insulation and replacing it with a much more modern solution. We’ve used the children monitors to see a 2’C increase in their rooms. Doesn’t sound much but it’s a big saving on the heating

Quick turn around from calling for a quote to the job being completed, kept to all dates and completed the whole loft in day while removing the old insulation and getting rid of the excess junk in the loft

The insulation in my loft was almost non existent and was covered in debris from a recent roof replacement. I contacted Efficient Loft for a quote to remove and replace the insulation. Shay came to take a look a couple of days later.

Shay and his team worked none stop and the loft insulation was removed and new installed in just a few hours. The team were very tidy and left my house spotless when they'd finished.

Shay also put me in contact with someone who did loft boarding as I'd asked Shay to remove the old floor.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Efficient Loft.

I had a new roof installed which left the attic in a terrible state, dust,rubble and 40 year old insulation. Something had to be done. I rang Shay who came the next day looked at the job ( clean,remove all rubbish,fit new insulation and install flooring.) I got quote next day (which was very fair) We arranged a date. Shay and team turned up on the day and got stuck in. I was away in France at the time(my son was at home) he kept me informed of the progress with texts and photos. The amount of rubbish removed was incredible. He also re -fitted the light which had been damaged during the re roofing. Job was completed in a day. ,(1930s Semi) . These boys are grafters. I am impressed

Shay come out as soon as possible to take a look at our loft and assess what we needed doing. His quote was fair and he recommended what was best for us. On the day of the work he showed up on time, was tidy and extremely polite and did a fantastic job! Couldn’t recommend his work more - and to top it off he’s a great guy.
